(2 dog limit, not to exceed 50 lbs in size, please get in touch with property manager if pets are accompanying you for your stay). Bathed in the sounds of the river, this relaxing retreat offers the perfect mix of privacy and access to nearby activities. Free WiFi, smart TV's, and a deck for outdoor eating and wildlife watching are at your fingertips.

The unit was spic and span clean. Amenities were great. There was no road noise. The backyard of the unit is on Fall River, so we could listen to a bit of the water under the ice cover. Four bull elk traveled from our backyard and across the frozen river. They visited us several times, which was a delight.

This is a great place for two couples. Both bedrooms have king bed and there are two full bathrooms. It is on the river and also next to a restaurant. We were lucky enough to have several elk wander in behind the condo one morning. The location is close to town and not far from the entrance to RMNP. We love staying here and plan to do so in the future.

Bear Creek 6 was adorable! The condo was very well-appointed with everything we needed and then some! The beds were comfortable. The creek and yard behind the condo were peaceful. Loved the dining set and shower heads (and the water pressure)! Felt spacious inside and out. Easy access to RMNP! We were in town for a wedding and it provided a peaceful resting place for us. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Lovely, rustic condo (with cabin feel) in a location that served as convenient base of operations for RMNP, Roosevelt, and other trails/attractions. Nicely furnished, and loved the Fall River running through the back of the property! Very peaceful and wish we could have stayed longer!

A couple snafus

Check-in was great.The photos were accurate. The outside of the property was amazing & where we spent most of our time.We didn’t realize there was no AC. I didn’t see it specifically called out. We rented if 4th of July when it was 85 out. We opened all the windows & patio doors & left the fans on. The cross breeze was wonderful. The location is so high up that although it’s 85 out in Estes, the shady property and breeze of the mountains made this perfectly fine. Just something to note.The refrigerator did not get cold. We cranked it all the way up and there’s a sticker on it that says give 24 hours for changes. Still did t get cold. I called to report to the phone number given and was told that someone would call me back to arrange a time to come and look at it. Never got a call in 3 days. I also emailed host right after calling. The next day I got a response to the email that I should move all the food away from the vent in the back of the fridge. We had mostly drinks & nothing to the back. The freezer was fine so we ended up taking the things we had to have cold like milk, creamer, yogurt, cheese, and place them in the freezer. When we would leave and come back we would rotate them out because they get frozen. It was a pain & even though there were several communications, the host stopped replying & there was no resolve. Very disappointing.

Peaceful getaway

Beautiful cabin and location. Was wonderful to sit out back with the sights and sounds of the river. Despite being fairly close to the highway, other resorts and a restaurant, none of this disturbed the peaceful setting. All property details including check in/out information was easily communicated through emails plus they were immediately responsive to a request to obtain more propane for the grill. I highly recommend staying at this vacation condo!

Cabin vibe in great location

Lovely townhome in great location. Well-appointed kitchen and baths, comfy beds, and cool mountain cabin vibe. Hearing the river outside added to the ambiance. 3.2 miles from Fall River Entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and 5.0 miles to Beaver Meadows Entrance. 1.3 miles to free parking lot on Elkhorn Ave in Estes Park (main drag). We can't wait to come back!

Watching the Wildlife

This was a very comfortable place to stay. The convenience to the park entrance was a blessing. I loved the river being right out the back door. I even did a little fishing. We had dinner several times on the patio which was a good way to spend time together. I will definitely consider coming back here.

Wonderful Getaway

This condo is clean and comfortable in a prime location. The sound of the rushing river is mesmerizing. We enjoyed our 4 nights there so much! But the highlight was being treated to wild turkeys, a family of deer and a large elk family in the yard and crossing the river! We’ll never forget it!!
