This studio apartment is perfectly located within walking distance to everything that Estepona has to offer, including Estepona Port and one of the most popular beaches in the area â Playa del Cristo.
The beautiful and gated complex is situated beachside and by entering Urbanizacion Marina Bay, you can make your way down the steps and through the spacious courtyards to this block which enjoys unrestricted south facing views! At the bottom of the complex there is a gateway with direct access to the beach.
The property is compact but bright thanks to the wonderful terrace space from which you can look out to the Mediterranean, Gibraltar and even Africa in good weather, so expect to see them often! The terrace includes a comfortable and colourful seating area where the sunlight can be enjoyed as you relax.
Inside the property you will find a generously sized kitchen space, fully stocked with utensils and crockery. Sleek worktops including a built-in breakfast bar and stools, along with modern appliances (oven, induction hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine) make this the ideal place for eating and dining should you choose not to go out to the many great cafés and restaurants in the area.
Next you have the sleeping area which has comfortable king size bed. A lamp, side table and TV stand with TV (including Mi Stick which will allow you to access a wide range of streaming apps like Netflix) provides you with everything needed to enjoy this space during both day and night. A large chest of drawers and built-in wardrobe give plenty of room for guests to store all of their clothes.
There is a bright, fully tiled modern bathroom on your right as you enter the property which includes a walk-in shower with rainforest head attachment. There is also room for a double sink with storage beneath, and a toilet. Towels are provided for all guests.
High speed, unlimited wifi has been installed to the property and is available for use throughout.
