New luxury beachfront residence with underfloor heating & winter-ready facilities. Gorgeous 3 bedroom apartment in the LUXURY frontline beach development, VELAYA. The property boasts panoramic sea views, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, high spec open plan kitchen, gorgeous living room, and stunning terrace with panoramic sea views. The Velaya development is frontline beach, fully gated with 24-hour security, offers a tennis and padel court, and several swimming pools.
The master bedroom is light and bright, and features a king size bed, direct access to the propertyâs terrace, plenty of wardrobe space, and an ensuite bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a double bed, plenty of storage, and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The third bedroom has 2 single beds and has access to a third bathroom with walk-in shower.
