Beautiful 3 Bedroom 2 bath modern fully equipped apartment perfectly suited for small families or 2-5 adults. Stunning sea views overlooking the valley and golf course. This property is offered by us the owners, it is our home for six months a year and we would like to share it with you the other six months.

Open concept living, dining and kitchen with huge opening terrace doors that allow for incredible indoor outdoor living experience. The living room has a super comfortable L- shaped sofa that’s perfect for chilling after a long day in the sun while watching the 65 inch 4k HDTV equipped with streaming apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ and many others ( accessible with your account).

The kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch appliances and all the dishes and cookware you will need (we cook often). It includes many accessories such as blender, toaster, waffle maker and Nespresso coffee maker.
NOTE: We have installed 7 stage reverse osmosis water filtration system in the kitchen for drinking water, it is awesome! (no buying bottle water)

Indoor dining is modern and very comfortable for 6 people

The terrace is our favorite place with gorgeous sea and valley views looking down on a large green area with small playground for children. The terrace is perfectly set with a very nice, comfortable table and seating for six (most of our meals are here). We just recently added a large electric awning that is a must here in the summer if you want to enjoy time on the terrace, it makes all the difference. Also on the terrace is a new queen size reclining sun bed perfect for working on your tan. We have intentionally left some open space on the terrace for Yoga and fitness activities.

Master Bedroom has a king size bed(180x200) with a seriously comfortable Hybrid technology mattress. The bedding is quality and uses the Swedish Sleep Method on the bedding. ( There are two individual duvets one for each person and no flat sheet only a fitted sheet on the mattress). There is closet and drawer space provided. The master comes with its own large en-suite double sink bathroom with large shower and electric towel heater.

Guest bedroom has a queen size bed (160x 200) with same exact mattress type as the Master and same style bedding. Closet space provided.

Kids bedroom has a twin bed and a baby crib/cot. This room is perfect for a child an infant/toddler or Adult and Infant/toddler. The twin bed here can be made into a Queen size bed of 160x200 at an additional charge of 25 Euro. (this must be done by the property manager as it requires the removal of the rug in the room)

Laundry room is fully equipped with separate washer and dryer and vacuum cleaner.
