The Space:

Indulge in the ultimate San Diego retreat, a spacious haven designed for unforgettable gatherings. This remarkable property boasts seven exquisitely designed bedrooms, each offering a unique sanctuary for relaxation. Five full bathrooms provide ample space and privacy for all guests. The heart of the home is a fully equipped kitchen, ready for culinary adventures, complemented by a comfortable living room, perfect for unwinding. Entertainment abounds with a pool table and a game room, while outdoors, a private pool, basketball court, 2 pickleball courts, and BBQ area await. Evenings can be spent by the inviting fire pit. Experience the perfect blend of comfort and excitement.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire 7-bedroom 2 unit house, including all bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, and game room featuring a pool table and foosball. Outdoors, enjoy the private pool, hot tub, basketball court, 2 pickleball courts, and BBQ area. Relax by the fire pit or unwind in the hammocks. Free parking is available on the premises.

Nestled in a charming community, our home offers a tranquil escape with convenient access to local attractions. You're just a short drive from the San Diego Zoo Safari Park, a must-visit for animal lovers. Explore the historic downtown Escondido, with its diverse dining options ranging from casual cafes to upscale restaurants, all within a 10-15 minute drive. For shopping, head to the Westfield North County mall, also a short drive away. Enjoy the neighborhood's peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway, while still being close to the excitement of the city.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy! Free parking is available on-site for your convenience. For those arriving by air, San Diego International Airport (SAN) is approximately a 45-minute drive away. While public transportation options are available, driving or using ride-sharing services is generally the most convenient way to explore the area and visit attractions like the San Diego Zoo Safari Park (a short drive away). Enjoy the freedom to explore at your own pace!



Other Things to Note:

Pool heating is available for $150 per night. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring pets, specifying the number. A pet fee of $100 per pet applies to cover extra cleaning and upkeep, ensuring a comfortable stay for everyone.
