Live, work, and dream at our extraordinary 5BR/4BA Single Level Home! The Main house is a single story home 4BR/3BA home. The Casita is a 1BR/1BA and is separate from the main house. (See pictures to the left of the pool). The luxurious interior features a grand living space, Beautiful game room in the garage, updated kitchen, and spacious bedrooms. Comfortably sleeps 16 guests. Outside you'll find a beautiful Pool with Hot Tub and BBQ.

THE SPACE:
This estate offers 5 full bedrooms, 4 bathroom, a Casita, 2 dining areas, living area, a game room, A Pool Table Room and a stunning back yard that includes swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor bbq, with gas fire pit by pool.


A peaceful retreat in the hills of North San Diego County. Close to everything you need, yet quiet and secluded.

Beaches:
25 min to Delmar and Solana beach, 27 mins to moonlight beach and oceanside beach, most San Diego beaches 30-35 min away.

Attractions:
12 mins to the SD Zoo Safari Park
30 min to Sea world, Temecula wineries, lego land
35 min to Airport


The max number of adults is 15.

Inside the house is a regulation size pool table.


Outdoor area: Unwind outside in the lavish backyard equipped for all your relaxation needs! Soak in the radiance of the Southern California sun and take in the beauty of the mountains. Take a dip in the swimming pool or jacuzzi after a few games of Ping pong on our ping pong table.

Enjoy the gas fire pits one located by the pool(gas)

The Highest Speed Wi-Fi to help support all guests working remotely or distance learning.

HOUSE RULES:
Disclaimer: By accepting this reservation, you are holding the owner harmless from any accidents or injury on the property, or any accidents or injury from hot tub/pool/fire pit.

NO JUMPING OFF WATERFALL INSTANT EVICTION!

No children are to be left unattended in or by the pool at all times.

This is a residential neighborhood and we expect our guests to respect their surroundings. Please be advised that the noise ordinance in this area is from 9pm-9am.

Music low volume from 9am-7pm allowed

POOL/SPA
It is optional to heat the pool.
If you want the pool heated, we have a 3-day minimum.

There is an additional fee to heat the pool.
Prices vary depending on the time of year.
October and March: $150 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
November-February: $195 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
April-May: $125 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
June and Sept: $100 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
July and Aug: $75 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
(you most likely won't need the pool heated in July and August. The pool temperature is warm and usually in the low to mid 80's).

Please Note:
We don't heat the pool past 85 degrees.
Pool temp can vary depending on weather conditions.
We can make an exception however it does cost more.

Tampering with the pool heat or accidentally turning it on will have a $150 per day fee.
PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE POOL EQUIPMENT OUTSIDE.
It will disable the system causing nothing to work.

Please note: It is common to see debris at times in the pool.
The pool vacuum will grab it or you can use the skimmer if you want to manually do it.

You cannot heat the pool and the spa at the same time.
We first heat the pool to temp then you can turn on/off the spa when needed.

The spa is free however when you're not using it, it needs to be shut off so the pool can filter. It's also on a 1hr 30 min timer. Hot tub heater must be turned off after use and overnight.

Pool Vacuum must stay in the pool at all times. It may not be removed or disconnected whatsoever otherwise the pool equipment will get air and need to be replaced. Guests will be responsible for replacement if left unplugged or out of pool.

Pool Vacuum-Please Note:
Do not take the pool vacuum out of the pool (That includes part of the hose or the whole thing). Doing so will damage the pool equipment!!

If it happens, we may not be able to fix during your stay. This information is also in the house rules section. If the pool vacuum gets disconnected, please submerge under water to get out the air bubbles before you reconnect.

We are a smoke free home, this also includes the backyard. This includes vaping and marijuana.

We do not allow ANY parties at any time. Guests listed in the booking are the only guests permitted on the property at all times.

We do not allow any pets in the home due to severe allergies, this also includes any service or emotional support animals. Due to severe allergies we are unable to accommodate.

Green bins are only for landscaping. There is a $500 fine for throwing trash in the green bins or recycling bins.

There are a few days of the year that we don’t allow check -ins and check- outs. These specific dates are designated as pass through days.

The pictures don't do it justice. This home was so much better in person. The host was on top of any and all concerns we had. There were only two downfalls to this place. First is the fact that the jacuzzi is controlled by an app you have to download and it takes awhile to get warm. And the second is the fact that you eventually have to check out and go home. My family completely enjoyed this place. We would love to come back in the future.

We had the most fantastic stay at Mo’s house. There was plenty of room for our entire group, and the master bedroom was a beautiful, relaxing retreat. The real showstopper, however, was the outdoor space. The fantastic pool and, most notably, the awesome slide were a huge hit, our grandkids absolutely loved every minute of it!Inside the home was just as impressive. We took advantage of the fully stocked kitchen and cooked most of our family meals. Everything about our stay was truly top-notch. From the amazing amenities to the spacious layout, this home was the perfect setting for our family vacation. We can't wait to come back!

Everything was great!! Well stocked kitchen. Wonderful deck and swimming area with a slide all family members enjoyed! All kinds of towels and plenty of them. And when the AC quit working the host responded to our problem within a minute, the manager responded ASAP and a repairman was onsite within 10 minutes. Fixed within a couple of hours. Beds are great and the kids love the over size garage game room. Great views!!

Absolutely loved our stay. The size of the house is amazing. Comfortably fit 12 family members. Certainly enough room for more. The entire property is as nice as the pictures. The outdoor patio and pool were a hit, day and night. The only suggestion I have is there is no booklet in the house with instructions for heat, pool, last day cleanups etc. I don’t want to pull up apps to search for this information. I also felt like I was bothering Mo when I couldn’t get the waterfall in the pool on. I was told to “go to the app” which is listed in the rules only to find the app would not open. Again, having this information in the house would be beneficial. Over all this property is excellent. We will come again.

Amazing rental!

We stayed here with our children and grandchildren - 12 total - and the house was amazing! The pool was a huge hit! It was rainy and cool the first few days of vacation so other outdoor activities were postponed but with the pool heated, we spent many hours enjoying it with the kids. The house is also very well stocked and we were surprised by this as most VRBOs are not. Also, great location!! Would definitely recommend!

Oasis Dream is the best!!

From day one of us missing the exit to the family telling us how awesome the house was. It met all our expectations! And so many extras. And the slide and pool area, the gas grill, the game room and all the amenities were great!! The host was also very prompt on returning our messages. And the views were spectacular!! It definitely exceeded our expectations! The kitchen had everything. Just look , you will find it! Kleenex’s, toilet paper to paper towels and soaps. It was a very memorable vacation for all that we hope to repeat!!

Nice house with a great pool

We stayed with 14 adults & the house worked very well for us. We loved spending time in the pool (it was VERY hot in San Diego last weekend). The ping pong, corn hole & pool table were a lot of fun as well (just a little hot outside). We didn’t make it to the game room much because we were so busy with other things. Not sure if it was because it was so hot this past weekend but we did have issues with the AC shutting off during the night & during the day. So it did get warm in the house at times. Once we realized it, we’d turn it back on & it cooled off. Overall it was a good experience and we would definitely stay here again.

75th Birthday Reunion

We can't even begin to describe how AMAZING this house was! EVERYTHING NEEDED was there- everything for a kitchen to feed a family of 11. A massive kitchen! We never ate out, so we saved a lot of $$. The Game Room had professional games to keep everyone active. We loved the pool slide and toys. Pool was perfect size with hot tub. The little "casita" provided my son's family privacy w/baby. All baby equipment there. The house was open & airy, with much privacy. We recycled while there. Owner was very responsive with questions. Ice-maker was very slow- no other "issues". We DEFINITELY want to come back!!

Great house for large family gathering

We had a great time! Beautiful views, awesome pool, convenient location. We stayed w/ extended family for a reunion and the house had enough space for everyone to gather together but also have quiet time apart. Kids loved the pool and game room. The owners were very responsive to any questions. If we ever meet up in the San Diego area again, hoping this place will be available.

Great home that has everything for a perfect family vacation

This home exceeded all of our expectations for our family vacation. The cleaning crew is great and everything worked as advertised. The pool is one of the best I have seen. The kids went on the huge slide over and over. And the pool basketball hoop was a hit as well. We liked that the property is quiet and secluded, but still had easy access to restaurants, Target and Starbucks (3-4 minute drive). We did not use the Casita, but it was well situated just steps from the main house. The game room in the garage was fun for the kids with tons of options. While staying here, we went to Lego Land (35 minute drive) and San Diego Zoo (30 minute drive). All 5 kids agreed that they would love to come back again. That is no small feat.

Exceptional house and pool!

Our family had an amazing time. The house was wonderfully spacious and clean. The pool was incredibly fun (nighttime lights and outdoor TVs!). The patio views were incredible and outdoor seating options were plentiful. 15 minutes from Safari Park and 25 mins from beaches. The Hosts were very helpful and we highly recommend.
