Beautiful Escondido Getaway/Sleeps 6

This beautiful 3 bedroom, single level home is great for family gatherings and has everything you need to make you feel right at home! Enjoy the backyard for a summer BBQ with family or friends. The property is close to downtown Escondido, restaurants, breweries, hiking, San Diego County beaches, the San Diego Zoo Safari Park and Legoland. And it's only a short drive to Temecula, the heart of California's South Coast wine region.

This Space
Bed/Bath Set Up: 6 Adults/Children
This single story home has the following layout:

Master bedroom with attached full bath: One King Bed
Bedroom 2: One Queen Bed
Bathroom 3: Two Twin Beds
Bathroom 2 (full bath): not attached to any bedrooms, full bath with tub/shower combo

Free parking on premises and street parking (please abide by all street signs).
Fully stocked kitchen to make yourself at home!

Guest Access
Guest has access to the entire house.

Additional House Rules
This is a family friendly neighborhood, please respect the surrounding neighbors. Quiet hours between 9pm-9am.

No smoking-$500 fine

No partying-$1000 fine and immediate eviction

No pets

No guests permitted on the property that are not on the original reservation.

Music must be at a low volume outside and no music with profanity.

Please be respectful of our neighbors when outside.

Must be 25 and up to book.

The fireplace in the house is non operational.

This was perfect for our family of 5 when visiting San Diego area. The house has everything you would want in a vacation rental. Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, board games for kids, a ping pong table etc. You will need a car if you want to visit downtown area, or the beaches. All about a 30min drive. The house is close to highways making everything easily accessible. We loved coming back to the quiet house after a busy day at the zoo or downtown or the beach etc. The hosts were super responsive with any questions. We highly reccomend the house and will be back if we go to San Diego area.

We had a lovely stay at this home. The house has been tastefully renovated and provided ample room and a pleasant environment. We loved the outdoor patio for evening chats. The place is as advertised and spotlessly clean. The owner was easy to deal with and check in was smooth. Our advice / don’t hesitate to rent this place. It exceeded our expectations!

The home was wonderful. It appears to be newly renovated and is very stylish and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking and dining items. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds have ample bedding. The neighborhood is quiet and is close to the freeway for easy access to local sites. We enjoyed our relaxing stay.

Lovely house, great kitchen, good location worked very wellfor us. Our only negative comments are the master bed was super soft and lumpy, and i dont like microfiber sheets . I will start asking in the future sunce the microfiber makes me overheat otherwise, highly recommend!

Modern and well cared for

3 night stay was very comfortable. Some road noise in living area from 4 lane street below back side of home but master bedroom was very quiet. Enjoyed our time in Escondido and we appreciated the excellent condition of the home.

Central location between SD and K1 Circuit

Great house for 5. My husband, son and parents planned a family vacation around my sons K1 Nationals championship go kart race and this house was perfect. Middle point between SD and K1 made the daily commute easier for us. Comfortable with plenty of room, well appointed kitchen and 2 updated bathrooms in a Safe family orientated neighborhood. Hope we get the opportunity to come back next year!

From the minute we entered the house, it felt like home. Everything was immaculate and there wasn't anything we needed that wasn't already there. The hosts were great! They were so prompt in answering any questions we had and made us feel so welcome. Would obviously love to stay there again.

Home away from Home!

I have stayed at multiple VRBO locations and this home has been my favorite. The owners take such care of the home and are thoughtful in all that is provided. The beds are comfortable and the home has all that is needed. The location is close to shopping and the freeway. I will definitely be back!

It was a beautiful home that was wonderfully decorated very modern and up-to-date. It was very clean the location was perfect for us going between San Diego and Temecula. We saw the neighbor Lisa and she was very nice and welcoming. We apologize that we forgot to put out the trash. But we really enjoyed your home.

Great getaway in Escondido

We all enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It was so clean and comfortable. Newly remodeled and very tastefully decorated. All the little extra's like an iron, steamer and kitchen tools were provided. The garden was immaculate, and very well maintained. Communication was excellent, and much appreciated. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Home!

The house was spotless and extremely well appointed. It was even nicer than the pictures. Plenty of space for a family to enjoy and the ping pong table and other games were a nice touch. Mo and Zeina were very responsive to all messages and always sent timely communications. Property was in a great location close to the freeways and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We would gladly stay there in future and highly recommend this beautiful property!
