This fantastic property has a magnificent swimming pool and jacuzzi along with a pickleball facility. We have a total of 22 beds, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. Stroll our beautiful grounds that have magnificent gazebos, fountains, 5000 guava trees, grape vineyards, avocado and other citrus trees. We have two areas to have events. A beautiful banquet hall that can host parties up to 200 people and an outdoor reception garden area that can accommodate up to 150 people. In the main 11 bedroom, 10 bathroom villa, there are 3 living rooms and a recreation room that has a billiard table, electronic mahjong table and ping pong table.
We are centrally located between the three large cities of Temecula, Oceanside and Escondido and close to 4 casinos and to numerous world class golf courses. We are also only a 45 minute drive from San Diego International airport. This particular listing is for the 11 bedroom 10 bath main house. There are 3 other villas that are also available for your overnight accommodations that have separate listings. If you are looking to have an event at our property such as a wedding, there are additional usage fees depending on the type of event, how many people are attending and what services you would like to utilize including our full wedding coordination services. If you are seeking additional people to accommodate we also offer 3 additional villas on the other side of our property. We also over a 5 Bedroom, 4 bath Guest House, a 2 Bedroom Cottage with private jacuzzi and a 4 Bedroom, 3 bathroom Country House, totally 22 rooms on the estate. You can also book our event facilities separately that can accommodate weddings, corporate and organization retreats, family reunions, parties and pickleball socials and tournaments. We offer the flexibility of just booking the property for your event and bringing in your own vendors (vendors must be licensed, insured and approved by us) or using our staff to put together your event! A separate facility use charge applies to each booking that is separate from booking overnight accommodations. This facility use fee depends on the size of your event, the hours, how many villas you book for overnight accommodations, music arrangements, and if you are using your vendors. Rental of the facility includes the tables and chairs we have on site up to 150 people. *. ** This listing and the wedding facilities are separate. There may be tours of the wedding facilities including the pool area during the stay. The tours will only be on the outside grounds and banquet hall; and not in any occupied villas.
