Our home features an open concept with new appliances, flooring, countertops, windows, cabinets, and furniture. The unit has it's own private entrance and direct access to the pool and hot tub.

Rooms:
Master bedroom (Queen Bed) with a jack and jill bathroom with direct access to open living space that includes an added mini fridge for convenience. The guest bedroom (Queen Bed) also has its own bathroom and has a rain shower. The kitchen is easily accessible by both bedrooms and both have direct access to the pool.

Backyard:
Our backyard features an oversized pool with a hot tub. Unlike most pools, our swimming pool is heated, making it perfect for sunset swims during summer. The patio deck offers an outdoor l-shaped couch along with a swinging egg chair sofa and a gas fire pit.
You'll have private access to the entire unit and shared access to the backyard, pool, and hot but, but no access to the garage. Plenty of parking in the driveway. No overnight guests are allowed aside from the number of individuals indicated in the original booking request.

Hot Tub / Jacuzzi:
Hot tub fees are $40/hour. Hot Tub is controlled remotely so booking/scheduling hot tub usage in advance is required.

Other things to note:
Unlike most pools, our pool is heated, however, please understand that it does not mean the water will be warm all the time as it is still dependent on how much sun the solar panels are getting.

**Our home is located in a quiet neighbor so it's important to note that quiet time is from 10pm-8am. There will be no loud music. Please no events or parties on the property - No Exceptions.**

Unit accessed through the pool entrance. Guest(s) may park in the spot closest to the pool entrance. As you enter, look for a door with a smart lock. Guest(s) have a unique code that will be provided prior to check-in. Depending on schedule, host may be present to greet you and give you a short tour.
