Walk ten minutes to Burnbrae Wines or take a short drive to the Mudgee Observatory, then return to your private cottage to unwind on the patio, fire up the BBQ, and watch the sun fade over the grove.
Tucked within Ollie Dean, a family-run olive grove just outside Mudgee, this stylish cottage offers a peaceful, well-appointed escape. Inside, a light-filled open-plan layout connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, with full-height glass doors opening to the surrounding landscape. The lounge is warm and inviting, featuring a cosy sofa, TV, and split system heating and cooling for year-round comfort.

The sleek kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a Nespresso machine, a full-size fridge, dishwasher, and cooking essentials. Off to one side, a Euro-style laundry and spacious bathroom include a walk-in shower with dual shower heads and premium amenities.

The serene bedroom is positioned for privacy and features a king bed, blackout blinds, a ceiling fan, and its own split system for personalised comfort.

Outdoors, a private covered patio with a gas BBQ and dining area invites relaxed meals overlooking the grove. Wi-Fi is available throughout, and ample driveway parking is provided. You may even spot sheep grazing in the nearby paddock—a charming reminder of your countryside setting.

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
