The property stands in 2,000 sq m of lawns flowers and pine trees It is located opposite a secluded beach, a leisurely five minute walk, viewed from all rooms in the house. The lawned gardens front and back offer a choice of spots to catch the sun or indulge in private moments of relaxation.

The villa which is fully air conditioned and has wifi throughout, is on three levels, The ground level is composed of two en suite bedrooms both with double beds, which lead onto a shared living room with flat screen TV, DVD and music system compatible to i phone, i pod, etc. Balcony doors open on to private verandas and down three steps to the pool area.
On parking the car,visitors will walk through a garden passing one of the many dining areas, sheltered by a gazebo. This area is always shaded, cool and protected and offers a stunning view of Hydra. An ideal place for parents to relax away in privacy from the children. The main front door leads into a hall which joins a spacious living and dining room with TV, DVD and music system and a separate fully equipped modern kitchen. All rooms lead onto a veranda with yet another dining and lounge area, again with the sea view. There is also a cloak room with wc on this level
On the first floor there are two en suite bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds. Each has its own veranda with sea view.
Daily maid service and cook are available if requested.Transport by car, helicopter or boat, as well as tours, can be arranged if required to the many touristic or historical landmarks

For those who prefer travelling by sea, it only takes a 2 hour journey passing the islands of Aigina, Poros, Hydra, and Spetses. Porto Heli offers all modern amenities, 5 star hotels, a variety of restaurants as well as a beautiful naturally protected marina for yachts of all sizes. You may take a coach trip or a drive to the antiquity centres of Epidavros, Mikina, Nafplio and Corinth or visit the mid evil castle of Monemvasia.
