This home built in 2019 has 4300 square feet with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths home, office, all furnished including washer and dryer. The kitchen comes complete with all stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, a pantry room, a seating counter. Cozy fireplace, 70” TV in the family room, 55" TV in Basement, and 55” TV in the master bedroom. Free WiFi and Internet access.

All the trash bags need to move out from the house to the big trash can. Big trash can needs to be outside on Monday night for pickup Tuesday morning.

We didn't avail ourselves of any of the amenities except to stay in the home to sleep, but it was incredibly comfortable and the kitchen is so well stocked and a dream for anyone wanting to cook there. Also, the owner was amazing. She and her management team were on top of every correspondence and request within minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home and enthusiastically recommend it to others.

This was an excellent experience all around. The house was actually more spacious than the pics represented and was well maintained and equipped. The host was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. We had a couple of minor issues during the stay and the owner was quick to help out and even went above and beyond more than once to make sure things were taken care. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house.

Nice, clean house, great layout for large families or groups with large common areas and seating. Great gathering spaces! Small improvements that would enhance bedrooms: TVs in all rooms, ceiling fan or air purifier, artwork or wall decor (bedrooms were very echoey). Need more forks!

So much space!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property in Erie with my family, and it exceeded all my expectations. The property itself was immaculate and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for.The location was ideal, for our extended family reunion. We particularly enjoyed the spacious living area, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The bedrooms were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.We also appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the welcome snacks and detailed guide to the area.Overall, KT provided the perfect backdrop for a memorable vacation. We can't wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch stay.

Family Christmas 2024 was terrific!

We had a wonderful family Christmas. I appreciated the Host adding a Christmas Tree made of strung lights in the family room, very impressive! We also appreciated the clean garage so we were able to park our vehicle inside. We will definitely book this beautiful home again. It would be helpful if the host would add a few items: washcloths, a pair of scissors, a few pens/pencils, tape and perhaps a few more tissue boxes. These are items that would have been helpful to our family. It would also be nice to have a chair in the bedrooms.

Colorado Summer Trip

We had a great time on our visit to Colorado! This VRBO is conveniently located if you want to visit Pikes Peak/Colorado Springs/Garden of the Gods and/or Estes Park/RMNP. The pool is beautiful as well. Home was well stocked, extremely spacious and spotless.

Beautiful home with a great host

My family and I loved our stay. We stayed here for 3 nights while attending a wedding near by. KY was a wonderful and responsive host. She provided a lot of amenities that made our stay so much more enjoyable. The kitchen was stocked with all the appliances needed, air fryer, etc. She even provided us coffee, creamer, sugar, and snacks and drinks. Each bathroom had new or newish bottles of shampoo, body wash, etc. overall, we loved this stay and would stay again. Thank you, KT for making it easy.

Beautiful, Spacious Home and Awesome Host

Well cared for home in lovely safe neighborhood. Not only was the home very spacious with all modern conveniences but it was evident that our host gave extra thought to what would make their guest(s) stay comfortable. From the beverages and ice stocked in frig, abundant toiletries and towels to extra beds for the youngest in our party we were very comfortable. We had 6 adults and 2 young children. There was plenty of room to spare. Our flight arrived well before the 4:00 pm check in. With both our arrival and departure our host allowed us to check in and out earlier/later. Lovely neighborhood to walk and jungle gym for children to play on at the clubhouse. I highly recommend KT's place. We would definitely stay here again.
