The property is home to a quiet hunting dog (Kleiner Münsterländer) and is part of a hunting and beekeeping household, although the beehives are not directly on the property. For guests travelling by bike, there is the possibility to park them safely and charge e-bikes. A wallbox is also available for electric vehicles.

Other cities such as Weimar, Jena and Arnstadt as well as the nature of the Thuringian Forest are also easily accessible by public transport.
