The electric vehicle charger is a complimentary amenity for our guests. There is no charge for its use; similarly, there will be no refund or adjustment to the rental rate if the charger is found to be inoperable for any reason during your stay. Guests should have alternative charging plans if this amenity is critical to their travel.


For your safety and the security of the property, there is one exterior security camera located at the front of the home. It faces the driveway and is used only to monitor arrivals and departures. There are no interior cameras or cameras in any private outdoor areas.
