The north side accommodates 10 people with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully furnished kitchen, and a living area. This home is perfect for hosting multiple families and gives immense flexibility. Additional amenities include an open-concept common area with a large farmhouse table. With 4,000 square feet, you will find the home spacious with many options for lounging and hanging out. The 1.5 acre yard offers 2 patio areas, a grill, and lots of outdoor seating.

• PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).

This home is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, or other rowdy gatherings.
