Enjoy a relaxing holiday in Epernay when you stay in our comfortable 30-34m2 apartment! Our quiet destination offers stunning panoramic views of the Champagne hillside and is conveniently located close to many vineyards and Champagne houses and only 500m from the restaurants. Spend amazing days cycling through this gorgeous region while stopping at the wineries or visiting the historic and charming cities. After a day outside, retreat to our comfortable space to unwind or find a local restaurant and enjoy a nice meal. Our lovely space comfortably sleeps 2 guests, but can accommodate 3!

Our apartment has 1 BEDROOM on the upper floor with 2 Single beds. There's a Single Sofa bed in the living area to accommodate an additional guest.

Get ready for your day in the 1 BATHROOM, which features a bathtub.

After a day exploring the area, retreat to our cozy LIVING SPACE. Curl up and watch your favourite show on the flat-screen TV or read a good book. You can easily connect with friends and family back home, courtesy of the complimentary Wi-Fi.

In the KITCHENETTE you'll find a microwave, a refrigerator, and a set of hot plates.

Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €300 and a small daily tourist tax calculated as a percentage of the stay. Have your kitchen cleaned (excluding the dishwasher) for €25/clean.

The properties here are individually decorated, so there can be some differences in the decor and furniture layout from one condo to the next, but all are finished to a great standard! If you have a specific request, please inform our team upon booking and we will be happy to add a request to your reservation.

Pick up your groceries at Lidl, a supermarket only a 3-minute walk away. Watch a performance at Millesium, a 5-minute walk away. There are plenty of wineries around the area! Make sure to visit some of the world’s most celebrated Champagne houses.
