This unit is a top floor unit and is accessible by a spiral staircase. Perfect for those who like a little more luxury and enjoy sitting out of the balcony to enjoy all the activities that are part of Ennis. This unit has lots of windows. There is central heat and backup mini split unit that is great for extra personalized comfort throughout the unit. This unit has large log kingsize bed. Beautiful rustic finishes. There are night stands, large dresser and two chest of drawers. There is a color Roku tv with guest access to stream your favorite shows and movies. The bedroom has its own ensuite with beautiful slipper tub, custom tiled walk in shower, double sink vanity, makeup vanity, and private toilet room. This unit does have a mini-refrigerator and microwave, a Keurig coffee maker, and a white noise machine to provide you with all the comforts of home.
The Penthouse - Unit D, is a private unit. It has its own entrance by spiral stairs . This unit does not share a space with anyone else. When you rent this unit, you are renting a private residential space just like a condo or an apartment. This is your home away from home. You are provided free parking just steps from your unit.
