The Space:
Step out from your house onto your private Englewood Beach deck with this amazing Englewood Beach vacation rental! Great views of the Gulf and beach.

There are two large great rooms with panoramic beach views and large flat panel TVs with Dish network. There are three bedrooms, each with flat panel TVs. The master bedroom has a king sized bed. The second bedroom has a queen, and the third has two twins. The vacation rental has two and half bathrooms. It is within walking distance of restaurants. The perfect location for your beach vacation! While the picture may look like two homes, it is in fact just one vacation house.

Welcome to Manasota Key, the premier beach of the West Coast of Florida. The sleepy coastal community allows you to unwind on the beautiful white sands and swim in the Gulf of Mexico. Within walking distance to all the bars and restaurants as well as Stump Pass Beach State Park, this unit offers everything you need for your beachfront vacation. Find yourself blissfully transported to paradise with this beachfront property. Hear the sound of the waves crashing to the sand while looking out at the aqua water.

If parking is tight on the main property for your vehicle, we can accommodate oversized and any sized vehicles at our sister property next door. Plenty of space and parking available. You are allowed to bring more than one vehicle as well.

PLAN ACCORDINGLY: We have provided the minimum essentials to get you started. Such as 1 paper towel roll, minimal toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, etc. We are a vacation rental and not a hotel, so once you run out of the initial supplies it is up to you with what you need. Anything else you may need during your stay; the nearest Publix and Walmart is less than 10 minutes away from the property

CHECK-INS: All check-ins are a self check-in process. For security purposes, access instructions will be sent to you the day of your arrival through Vrbo messaging. Thank you.

EARLY CHECK-INS: Check-in time is 4PM EST (or afterwards). If you need the property prior to check-in time, please be made aware that early check-ins cannot be confirmed or guaranteed until the day of your arrival.

CHECKOUT: All checkouts are at 10 A.M. Please strip the sheets, clean your dishes and throw away all garbage prior to departure. Thank you.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:

Welcome to Manasota Key, from the north tip of the island to the south, this quant 11 mile island is picture perfect “old Florida”. This island is unique in which half is in Sarasota County and the other half is Charlotte County. It consists mainly of Englewood Beach in Charlotte County, Florida and is part of the Punta Gorda Metropolitan.

MANASOTA KEY BY MORNING
In the mornings head out your front door and down to the beach where you will find dolphins and other sea creatures making an early morning appearance. Or enjoy a quick bike or car ride to sightsee around the island and find yourself breath taken by the unique layout of the island.

MANASOTA KEY BY AFTERNOON
There are great restaurants on the Key with daily food and drink specials. For a quick drive off the island, enjoy a delicious lunch at Farlows on the Water. One of the best in the area!

Other Things to Note:

Always an amazing stay

This is the second time in the past 2 months that we stay here, and I can guarantee that it will not be the last. Perfect beach house!

This house was great for our family. There are two living areas that are separate enough so everyone has room to themselves. The location is gorgeous with ocean views from most of the house. Nice big deck with lots of seating and beach supplies. Everything was clean and the kitchen well stocked. Will definitely come back.

Loved it!!

I didn't want to leave! The house is just perfect and right on the beach! We will definitely stay here again. The only thing, it got chilly the last 2 nights we were there and the heat on one side of the house didn't work. Other than that, you couldn't ask for a better house.

Perfect spot and great communication with host

This was the perfect spot especially with kids! The location makes getting on and off the beach so easy with a great deck to hang out on and get cleaned up from the beach. It was so quiet and beautiful to sit out on the deck first thing in the morning. The sunset was beautiful at this spot. Plenty of chairs, sifters and toys in the shed. The communication with the owner was great. Check in and check out were super easy.

Fablous beach house

We loved our stay. The house was amazing it was like 2 homes in one. My son and his friend had their privacy and i had mine. The owners were amazing, communication was fablous and any issues we had were soon resolved in monutes. Woukd stay again but this time longer....much much longer......

Last minute getaway

Wonderful place !! The ocean is literally just steps away. From the deck you have great views of the ocean so if you don’t like the sand you can see everything from the deck . Close to several places to eat and grocery stores . Easy check in and check out . Definitely highly recommend this house . And it’s pet friendly which is a huge plus . Our fur babies travel with us everywhere we go . Thanks for a great last minute getaway !

A piece of heaven

Wonderful!! It is a paradise, gorgeous very relaxed beach, majestic sunsets, very comfortable and impeccably clean house with all utensils and appliances. Even nice beach towels and chairs for 5 people. The ocean view makes cooking such a pleasure, we even saw dolphins at dusk while having dinner. It also has a bbq. This place is not only highly recommended, me and my family will try to come back and stay as many times as possible. The beach is only two steps away!! Andrew, our host, was courteous and attentive. Definitely on our top three list of vacation homes!!

Great peaceful location

Property is located right in front of the beach. House is spacious. Got everything we needed like pots and plates and silverware. Also has a washer and dryer very convenient. House is outdated and we did see a few roaches. Cleanliness was not the greatest but our overall experience was great. We stayed 5 nights and the price was fair considering that it is a convenient location. It was nice to be able to walk out to the beach whenever we wanted without having to carry umbrellas and chairs. The beach is quite peaceful not crowded at all. My two little boys really did enjoy it. Check in was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again.

Needs work. Beds are terrible. Window coverings give no privacy. Heater didn’t work and no way to lock when leaving other than to put a pad lock on the door. View is nice.

Not worth the price

The house is old and they do not fo repairs. The door handle on back door is broke off and just laying on a shelf. One bedroom with twin befs was not clean. We had to wash sheets before going to sleep. Only 3 burners work on stove.
