     Pool heat is an additional plus tax. This pool faces South for maximum sun exposure all day long. 

     This is a pet-friendly home! An additional non-refundable cleaning fee plus tax will apply when you let us know youre bringing your dog. There is a two-dog limit. 

Pet must be disclosed and the additional fee must be paid prior to arrival.

     Englewood is located just minutes from Boca Grande and Manasota Key with miles of white sandy beaches, shopping, and local restaurants. Nearby youll find Rotonda- a golfing community surrounded by many beautiful golf courses, waterways, and wildlife. 

     This community is very active with bike lanes and plenty of walking trails out the front door. Truly a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful Florida experience.

Beautiful beaches are so close!  Manasota Key - 6 miles and Boca Grande Causeway- 8 miles

Hiking at Myakka State Forest - 9 miles

     This is a self-catering house stay!

     We will provide a welcome pack including the following:

1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom

1 roll of paper towels

2 packets of dishwasher detergent

2 packets of laundry soap

hotel-size shampoo and bar soaps per bathroom

1 Garbage can liner in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans

Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.
