A Front Row Seat for Spectacular Sunsets! The extraordinarily unique design of this turnkey furnished home welcomes you to enjoy your own piece of paradise on Manasota Key. The Oak filled yard extends plenty of privacy at the front of the property but the show stopping Gulf of Mexico views from the back of this home are unbelievable. Once you reach the top of the staircase and decks you will find two unique residences, each exuding coastal charm. The entire home and truly separate guest suite offers open beamed and peaked ceilings, hardwood and tile flooring in the main living areas, and spectacular views from the many different sets of sliding glass doors that lead you to the oversized deck space, where you could spend an infinite amount of time enjoying the outdoors. The main home has been well thought out with the form and function to include a nicely-styled kitchen with whitewashed wood cabinets, granite countertops, and tile backsplash. The separate dining space and great room provides an abundance of natural light and beauty. The master bedroom suite has easy lanai and deck access with triple sliders and the master bath space gives you plenty of room for getting ready for the day with the double sinks complete with solid surface counters. The 24x10 screened lanai has plenty of space to extend your living area and has both screens and vinyl windows, wood flooring and access to the utility room. My husband and I had the best time! The ocean is your front yard. Amazing views of the sunset and ocean. The house is very private, full deck and screened area. Great spot to watch sunsets and have dinner! the beach in front of the house is not busy and we found hundred of sharks teeth, saw shooting stars, and manatees. We will be staying again!

Disappointing

The house itself is nice but it’s showing some age and could use a bit of TLC (older carpet in bedroom, bathrooms that could use updating and curtains in the living area that were frayed). The location is nice, and we had only a few people from the public beach approximately 400 yds away. The beach is more of a shelling beach than the white sand beaches of St. Petersburg but more private. There is a bit of a steep drop off when entering the water so for those with children you may want to take note. The most disappointing aspect was the very slow responsiveness from the manager. It sometimes took hours for any response and did not turn out to be the relaxing vacation we'd hoped. Over the course of the week we encountered the following issues: Initially unable to enter the home (clearer instructions would help) TV in the living area had no cable service (Comcast resolved the following day: Monday) Gas grill was filthy and did not initially work (Handyman changed connections, we cleaned: Tuesday) Electrical issues with flickering lights, non-working outlets and A/C that stopped running (panel replaced) Tuesday Leaking hot water heater (connection only but took 2 days to resolve) No hot water for 2 days – finally resolved Wednesday evening Given that this was a ‘birthday trip’ husband (Birthday was Tuesday) and we had so many issues to deal with, it was not the best experience and I cannot recommend.

Truly paradise

This place was perfect for the two of us. The house is spacious. It was clean and comfortable. The view is absolutely stunning. Hands down the best part. Access to the beach is so easy. The plants and trees on the property were amazing and made it feel that much more private. There was a questionable issue with the AC day of arrival. Andrew got back to me immediately and had someone out that next day. No issues with the AC or anything else the whole time. I would totally recommend this to anyone and would definitely come back. I would say the only potential downfall is how close it is to the public beach. People were trekking down all the way and sitting right in front of the house. There is also a path from the road, along side the house, people were coming out the woodwork to the beach. Everyone was friendly but it could have been a bit more private. Everything else made it so worth it.

Relaxing beachfront

Great location on a nice beach close to the water. The house is older and could use some updating and a little TLC (towels and linens, in particular, are due for a refresh). The layout is spacious and comfortable, however, and the separate guest house for the second bedroom is a plus. We would return again.

Private & Fantastic!

Book this one! Private and gorgeous views. Sit on the deck in the main house and gaze at the water or watch amazing sunsets! Better than the pictures. Found thousands of shark teeth! Comfortable and in-law cottage a huge bonus! Will be back!

Spectacular beach front property

Outstanding stay at home steps from the beach. My two college age sons stayed at the accompanying villa and my husband and I stayed in the main house. Fully functioning kitchen with everything you need including out door grill. Private and quiet. Would definitely recommend and come again.
