Perched above Encounter Bay, this home commands a sweeping panorama â uninterrupted views from West Island to Granite Island and beyond, taking in The Bluff, Wright Island, Seal Island, and the distant Coorong. Itâs a view that captures everything people love about the Fleurieu, and itâs all yours from the moment you arrive.
On the ground floor, you`ll find a compact kitchen and a family room making this level ideal for extended family or the kids, complete with a smart TV, PS4, and Wii. This level also includes two bedrooms with fans, one with a queen bed and another with two single beds that convert into a king on request. The family room also includes a king Jasper sofabed if needed. They share a neat bathroom with a bathtub, plus a second toilet. Sliding doors open to a covered alfresco area and the fully fenced garden.
Upstairs, natural light floods into a stunning open-plan living and dining area framed by floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase the endless ocean view. The kitchen features Miele appliances, a dishwasher, oven, and a five-metre breakfast bar that connects the space for easy entertaining. The wraparound front deck is the heart of the home â an entertainerâs dream with seating for 12, a bar area, BBQ, and a day lounge for lazy afternoons and sunset drinks.
Each upstairs bedroom opens via double sliding doors onto the expansive front and rear decks, filling the home with sea breezes and sunlight. The primary suite is a spacious coastal sanctuary with a Lux Microcloud king bed with ducted cooling, walk-in robe, ensuite, a TV, and lounge area. The secondary king suite offers the same level of comfort and layout, while two additional bedrooms â one with a king and AC and another with a queen Microcloud ensemble and remote fan â provide stylish, peaceful retreats. The fourth contemporary bathroom offers both a deep bath and a shower, and there is also a powder room on this level.
Comfort is key, with ducted reverse-cycle air conditioning upstairs (also cooling downstairs nicely), ceiling fans, and off-street parking with a gentle four-step entry to the main level.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
