This beautiful home is highly recommended! This home is clean, comfortable and was supplied with everything you will need. Cindia was kind and responsive and very easy to work with. I stayed at their home with my family, an infant, a toddler and dog. Restaurants and shops were all within walking distance. You can’t beat the beautiful views and the conveniences of the neighborhood! The house has a lot of stairs but it was very comfortable and safe. I look forward to coming back!

The house was immaculate. The appliances were in top condition, even the grill. The decore was fun and nicely themed. Towels, sheets, beach towels, plentiful and maintained well, high quality. It was a good space to gather, play games, watch sunsets and cook together. We would highly recommend this beautiful house overlooking the ocean. Cindia was good to work with, very communicative and good on response and follow through. Well worth every dollar!!

Gorgeous Beach House

This multilayered beach house was ideal for our family gathering! Separated rooms and a fantastic gathering living room and kitchen area. The deck and grassy patio was awesome for our dinner and games
 and the hot tub perfect for relaxation after swimming at San Diego’s best swimming and semi-private beach just a block away and down 119 steps :) Cindia was very responsive - this stay is highly recommended!

The best views! Perfect accommodations !

This was our second time staying here. This house has become our favorite vacation spot. Super close to the beach and has everything you need. The view from the balcony is fantastic and unbeatable.

Lovely house, great location

Beautiful, modern house with lots of extras. Beds were comfy, AC worked great, lots of linens, beach towels, boogie boards, etc. Kitchen was well stocked. The ocean view was spectacular & we saw dolphins everyday from our backyard.

A perfect place to relax

This place is amazing. Everything about it, from the bedrooms to the bathrooms to the gorgeous view of the ocean is just pristinely awesome. Literal steps down the street to beach access and all the things you need to enjoy your stay. Can’t recommend enough.

Fantastic

It was a great location, one block to the beach access and the outside seating was wonderful. This is by far the best stocked kitchen for cooking, even has spices for use. Has ALL the coffee makers and we made use of the kitchen every night and morning to avoid going out for breakfast every day. Honestly I would stay again in a heartbeat, we didn't explore the beach supplies as much as we should have, but I cannot recommend this spot highly enough. Book it.

Awesome Property, even better host

Had a blast at Beach Houz! Cindia is a great host, attended to any questions and needs we had in extremely fast fashion. I'd stay in any of her properties. The house itself is well appointed, has phenomenal views overlooking the ocean. Great area!

Family Christmas with a beautiful ocean view

The house was comfortable with many amenities. We enjoyed the views and sounds of the ocean the most. Great sunsets every evening and many shops and restaurants nearby.

Great location and views!

This is a great property with plenty of space for my family of 5. The property manager communicated well. We only had one issue with the downstairs A/C which was repaired. Pros: Master bed is really comfortable Fantastic master bath with Steam Shower and a Bidet! Great views Grill has a main gas line vs a propane tank which was nice. Fantastic patio Comfortable patio furniture and sitting area inside Clean garage Cons: Access to the beach. Have to walk to stone steps which is about a block away. Closest beach is Moonlight and it's crazy packed. The beach area between stone steps and Moonlight wasn't packed but the tide was high most of the time we were their and the beach was under water.

Beautiful Beach House

This property was so fun to stay in with my family! Endless ocean views and such a fun patio/deck. The beach is only a few houses down, which was such a plus! The neighborhood is quiet and it's a beautiful beach getaway. Cindia did an amazing job with the property, communicating, and thought of absolutely everything we could need! 10/10 experience!!!

Best Ever Family Spring Break

This is a beautiful home right on the cliffs of Encinitas. Everything was in great condition with obvious upgrades and helpful accommodations for our trip. Our granddaughter loved the Master Bedroom heated toilet seat! Ha, who would know what would delight a four year old!

One of the best

We’ve stayed at many VRBOs but this has been the best accommodations. February brought some cold temps so the LR fireplace was a real bonus. Especially, when you also have one of the best panoramic views of the Pacific. The main bedroom and it’s balcony are probably our favorite of views. Saw whales, seal lions and porpoises one evening from that balcony. Cindia instantly replied to any needs. Easy communication. Definitely returning.

Best Ever

Have been staying in this area for 40 years and this place beats them all by a mile. Everything is new and first class. Cindia was on top of everything and the view and location is perfect. On the way back home we all agreed we all had a ball. THANKS AGAIN!!!!!

Dream location

This home is in a fabulous location located on the cliff side overlooking the pacific. Beach access is a block or two away via 132 steps down to the ocean. We particularly enjoyed walking down to one of the lower platforms to watch the high tide come in. Cindia was a joy to work with. Her responses were fast, the house was clean and well appointed, and the beds very very comfortable. If you have someone in your group who is mobility challenged there are quite a few stairs to contend with. It was perfect for us as the few stairs separating each room made each bedroom a bit private. SanDiego proper is 30 ish minutes away and the botanic garden is probably 20 minutes away. Walking into Encinitas is certainly doable, but there was sufficient street parking a block or two off of PCH. There are numerous coffee houses and restaurants near the house as well. The grocery store was a quick car ride away, and should you run out of adult beverages there is a liquor store within walking distance. Cindia provided many amenities such as shower soaps and shampoos, dishwasher pods, garbage bags, paper towels, wet suits, beach chairs, sand toys so all you need is to buy food and you are ready to begin your vacation. Loved this home!

This home was incredible. High end, comfortable, and the location could not be beat. We used the hot tub and cliff side ocean front patio every single day. The garage, wet suits, and beach gear were a big bonus. Can't recommend it enough.
