With 50' of ocean frontage & arguably some of the best views including direct views of Moonlight beach, this modern gem is just 5 houses with super easy beach access (no stairs!) to white sandy surf/swim friendly beach. Other highlights include 2 levels, 4br including lower level casita, 4ba, sleeps 9, ~4,000sf of indoor/outdoor space with 3 separate outdoor lifestyle zones, indoor/outdoor SONOS system, 4 indoor TV's + outdoor TV, 2 fireplaces, built in BBQ, 2 washers + 2 dryers, 3 outdoor showers, soaring ceilings, & 3 car parking. *Note no A/C in this home, fans are provided. *Note - the upper level outdoor TV has been removed (*there's still an outdoor tv on the lower level deck).

The main entry is surrounded by lush landscaping, with a pathway that leads you to oversized double entry doors. Step into the home & you'll be greeted by a modern grand chandelier, with easy adjacent direct access to a 2 car side x side garage, coat rack, & a set of stairs that leads to the main level. The main level is complete with a bright & spacious living area, including a huge 75” Samsung TV (with cable + apple tv), modern sofa & accent chair seating, cozy gas fireplace & soaring 20' high ceilings.
Off the living room is a gourmet chef's kitchen, where you can cook your favorite meals all while enjoying direct ocean views. Arguably one of the best areas of the home, the modern kitchen includes high end Miele brand appliances, quartz counters, separate bar area with its own mini fridge, coffee station with Nespresso machine, 2 dining areas with a table for 6 + separate dining bench with additional seating for up to 8 & mounted Samsung SMART TV, as well as direct access to the ocean front wrap around patio.
Off the hallway is a private & exclusive ocean front master retreat. Oversized windows allow for easy sunset & endless blue water ocean views from the comfort of your very own King sized bed. This space features separate access to ocean front patio, oversized wood flooring, soaring ceilings, Samsung SMART TV (cable + apple TV), walk in closet with sliding barn doors, your own washer/dryer (note there's a separate washer/dryer in the garage), blackout window coverings & modern ensuite bath with dual vanities and separate tub & shower.
Further down the hallway are 2 additional br's each with their own ensuite ba. The first br has a Queen bed & the second br has 4 twin beds (3 bed bunk + pull out twin trundle), a great place for kids. Off the main front entry is a side gate that leads you to a separate lower level casita… yet another entire living space all on its own! This exclusive space boasts its own individual entry (not connected to the main house), its own outdoor area with outdoor Samsung SMART TV & comfy seating, 2 outdoor showers & set of stairs with easy access to the Main Level.
Inside includes a plush sofa bed, yet another Samsung SMART TV (apple TV + cable), cozy gas fireplace, kitchenette with mini fridge & cooktop, full ba (shower) & 2 Queen sized beds.

• Activities | Just steps to Leucadia Surf School and Moonlight Beach! Rent beach gear, go for a swim, surf, or just lay on the white sandy beach & get some sunshine. Also nearby is the beautiful Botanic Garden, the ideal setting to connect with plants & nature.
• Attractions | Just 7 miles away is LEGOLAND California theme park & aquarium, with over 60 rides & attractions… all dedicated to LEGOs. POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (i.e. includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premises without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.
• RESERVATION CONFIRMATION | Upon confirmation of your reservation, you will receive arrival instructions, parking details, wifi access, and tips on local eats & attractions.
