The apartment is located in a beautiful villa with stylish interior and a large garden. Guests will find everything they need: Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, fresh bed linen and towels.
The backyard features a spacious patio with outdoor furniture, BBQ area, and dining space for outdoor relaxation.
The pool & jacuzzi is open from May 15 to September 15. Full access to all apartment areas without restrictions.

Our villa is a perfect place for photo & video shootings, and other creative projects. Shootings in our villa are allowed per request (!!!)
We reserve the right to set exceptional conditions regarding prices, minimum duration and occupancy for the top dates such as Christmas, New Year's Eve, biggest fairs etc. These can differ from the standard conditions and will be communicated on request. We hope for your understanding.
The property is monitored by video from the outside (only the house entrances). Your privacy will, of course, not be violated by this. Please inform your group accordingly.
The number of guests stated at the time of booking - is the information confirmed by you and used by us for the calculation. If the number of guests arriving exceeds the original number, we ask that you pay an additional fee for each guest for the entire stay.
