Tranquil and recently renovated 4-bedroom family residence offering ample space and outdoor seating, accommodating 8 guest. Enjoy a private backyard featuring two decks—both upper and lower—and a convenient garage for parking. Located just minutes away from Lake Point Sports, Lake Allatoona, I-75, downtown Cartersville, and Acworth. Explore numerous hiking trails, fishing spots, and other outdoor activities in the vicinity. Ideal for a peaceful retreat with easy access to various attractions.

Expansive 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home with a two-car garage. Luxurious master suite, inviting living room with a couch and love seat, a well-appointed dining room with a table, and a two-level deck for entertaining. Two additional queen beds and a room with bunk beds accommodate guests comfortably. All bedrooms feature closets and dressers, along with TVs and high-quality sheets.

Enjoy high-speed internet, with TVs in every room equipped with access to all major apps. Coffee enthusiasts will appreciate the provided K-cups for a convenient and delightful start to the day.

The home was very clean and in a convenient location. There are a good number of stairs to get into the property and then from the foyer to the main level/bedrooms but that was not an issue for our group. The kitchen was well stocked. Everything was in working order and the primary room bed was very comfortable.

LakePoint Getaway

Overall, this house met our needs for providing 2 families a place to sleep/shower/eat while we were in Georgia for a big baseball tournament. The house was laid out nicely to give our teenage boys a place to hang out downstairs while adults could cook & spend time together upstairs. TVs in all rooms was a plus and having WIFI was great. We did not make use of the grill or back yard patio and we did not see a garden as listed. We had concerns with the condition of the outside stairs and lower picnic table, all the cobwebs and the overgrown grass. Other issues came up during our stay (AC drain clogged & flooded downstairs bedroom, no hot water or AC our second night due to breaker being turned off, and shower head broke in the master shower) BUT they were all promptly reported to the host and properly addressed within 24 hours. We have reached out to the host since check-out to inquire about a credit for the issues we had to deal with (esp no AC/hot water) and never heard back.

Great stay overall with our family. Had room for more!

Everything was great about the property except the condition of the yard. We have active kids and were surprised to find many sharp weeds in the yard with high grass. Otherwise we really enjoyed the stay. The 3 bathrooms were a plus as well as the bonus space downstairs.

We enjoyed our stay here for the weekend for a baseball tournament. The house was very clean and has updated furniture. It has plenty of space to spread out with the two living areas and is very close to LakePoint!

Baseball Must stay!!!

Perfect place for family or teammates for any baseball tournaments at Lakepoint (3 min drive) or East Cobb evemts. Loads of space for up to 8 people....maybe more. Tons of floor space for air mattresses too. 2 living room areas. One upstairs and one downstairs = 1 for adults and 1 for the teenagers. Big TVs everywhere and great outdoor space. This will be our destination for every tourmy we play im Atlanta moving forward. Great host...very quick to respond. Beautiful and Clean. Wish I would have seen this local in the past.

Perfect for Lakepoint

Excellent location about three minutes from Lakepoint. Stayed for a volleyball tournament with our family of 6 and everyone had their own bed. Very clean and comfortable. We will try and book this house if it’s available for our next tournament.

Lakepoint Sports Tournament stay

Our family stayed in Emerson for a 14U baseball tournament and split the rental with a teammate and his family. The space was such a plus with a great floor plan for everyone to spread out. Having a W/D on site was a must and everything worked great. The property is very clean and it took 3 min to drive to the sports complex. Would recommend to anyone visiting for a tournament! As a bonus, the property is located at the end of a cul de sac so the kids could even play outside when they weren’t playing in their team games. Excellent stay!

Another Great Stay

This was our second stay at this property. It's perfect for up to 3 families that have kids playing at LakePoint. It's a 3 minute drive from the complex. We're staying one more time before spring baseball is over. I can't recommend it enough!

Wonderful House in a Great Location!

We stayed here with a couple parents and players with our baseball team. For Lakepoint Sports, I'm not sure you can get much closer! The house is updated and very clean. There are smart TVs in just about every room, which made hooking up devices and apps a snap. The downstairs was a great spot for the boys to hang out! The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils, so cooking full meals was no problem. Host communicated through the whole booking and followed up with a call after our stay. Highly recommend this house!

Everything seemed brand new!

Highly recommend! We stayed in the area for a funeral, flew in from San Diego that day. Super cute, quiet neighborhood on a culdesac. Beautiful area and home seemed brand new, everything possibly just renovated. Games were brand new, furniture was in perfect condition. Host had great communication, we will definitely stay again. It was very close to all the areas we needed to go and we checked out the lake nearby. Stores were only a few minutes away but still felt like we were in the country. Was great for my young kids since there wasn't a bunch of glass decorations or random vases anywhere like other rentals can have.

Perfect for our group

We traveled from Chicago to Emerson for a baseball tournament for our teenage boys. This house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The best part is that it was conveniently close to lake point sports complex. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. If you’re staying in this area we highly recommend this property.
