Unwind oceanside in this tropical inspired, second floor, 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom unit. Inside this gated community, enjoy private beach access, an indoor pool, 2 outdoor pools, tennis courts, and fitness center. Whether you're coming to Coastal North Carolina for the beautiful beaches, exceptional fishing and water sports, a family event or a special occasion, make this condo your family's favorite getaway!

The space:
This 2 bedroom unit is located on the 2nd floor. The main bedroom includes a queen bed, bunk beds with a pull out trundle, smart TV, full closet, and dresser. Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen with a large eat at peninsula. The family room includes a sofa & love seat, along with a 65 inch smart TV. A spiral staircase leads up to a large 2nd bedroom loft with a queen bed, a twin bed, attached full bathroom, smart TV, nightstand and dresser. Ceiling fans in every room.
(This unit has stairs leading to the second floor, as well as a spiral staircase inside the condo.)
Includes: Linens & towels, keyless entry, WiFi, beach chairs & umbrella, and boogie boards.

Peak season (June - August) weekly rentals
Non-peak (September - May) minimum 3 nights ** Offering MONTHLY and MID-TERM rentals during the off-season. Message for more information.

Great condo with so many amenities.

This condo was just what our busy family needed. We were able to get away with our two teens and left feeling relaxed. The plus is that the condo is stacked with extras. We opened the cabinets to coffee pods. That was so appreciated. The beds were comfortable and the linens were included. The amenities were great and the location of the condo allowed us to sit on the balcony while our sixteen year old was at the pool. The beach was just a short walk. The only thing that would have made our stay better was to add oven mitts and a pizza cutter to the kitchen. I did almost all of our cooking in the condo. Water pressure was good. Little piece of paradise

The resort was nice. The condo was cozy. The beds were comfy. Just a short walk to the beach, And easy access by car to everything Emerald Isle has to offer. I liked having a washer and dryer so I left home with clean laundry, We use the gym for a few days, which was small but nice for a quick workout. We had a Concern with the tub being clogged, which was handled immediately. The owner even let us stay with an extended check out at 3 PM as there were no guest the next day, which was awesome! Thank you!

Perfect for Beach getaway !!

We loved this cute condo! The condo was very clean and well stocked. We appreciated that we didn’t have to stress over minor things. We were able to use the beach chairs and toys for the kids. Convenient walk to the beach, and great view of the pool. We would love to stay again.

Great Spring Break

The weather was great for late March early April. The Condo was super clean and included hand and dish soap. It also had a nice supply of dishes, pots, pans, spices, cleaning supplies beach chairs and towels. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us (2 adults, 4 little children). The walk to the beach was short and there are restrooms on the beach decks. The outdoor pools were still closed but the girls loved the indoor pool. Michelle and the staff at the rental check in were great to work with and very helpful. The neighbor below is sensitive to noise - we tried our best to be mindful. Overall the condo was great, the grounds are clean, people were friendly and the beach is beautiful.

Overall it was very clean however the ice maker had mold and the kitchen sink drains need some elbow grease to clean. The couches weren’t very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay but unfortunately had to leave early due to a family emergency. I would recommend staying here.

Relaxing time at Emerald Isle

We had a great time at the beach and pool. The house is perfect for a family (confortable, clean, beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys...), the pool and beach 2 minutes walking, and the area really nice. Highly recommendable.

Salty Lime for the win!

The Salty Lime was the perfect setup for our family of 4 adults and children ages 4 and 1 1/2. It’s 2 bedroom feature slept our daughters family downstairs and my wife and I in the loft. The beds were comfortable and we each had our own bathroom. The kitchen was supplied with all the accessories (dining ware, cups, coffee mugs etc.) for our stay. The 2 chair balcony overlooked one of the outdoor pools and indoor pool. Beach access was a short walk away with another pool at this location for use. Bathroom linens were provided as well as access to beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and beach toys. The condo was clean and the gated community was a great location for our stay. We would definitely stay at Salty Lime again!

Wonderful place

I was impressed with how clean the condo was! Linens were clean. The sheets were very soft. There were beach chairs and boogie boards, which we did utilize. There was handsoap available in at all sinks, which was a pleasant surprise. The ice maker came in handy so we could fill out beach cups each day. You can hear everything upstairs, as it is open, so we did end up switching our younger child to the downstairs room. That way we didn’t have to be so quiet after she went to bed. The patio faced the pool. It wasn’t too far to the beach. We did drive all our stuff down to drop it, then parked not too far. We forgot a wagon or cart, or we might’ve walked. All in all, we were very happy staying here and would recommend it to others.

Awesome Family Vacation!

Our big family of 7 stayed at this property the week of July 4th and had a wonderful stay. The property is beautifully decorated with a coastal flair, clean throughout, and had everything we could possibly have needed for the week to include beach chairs and beach toys for our little ones. The easy beach access and pools definitely make this a home to return to. Communication with property management was great, check-in was a breeze. Do not hesitate to book this property for your next vacation. You will love it!!
