Ground Level: Enter on the ground level and you will find a Gameroom equipped with a TV, Playstation 3, wet bar, pool table, gaming chairs and mini-fridge, along with two bedrooms - one Queen with a TV and one with two Double Beds, along with a shared hall bathroom. This level also provides direct access to the pool and parking areas, with a pool alarm for the little ones.

Level One: On level one, you will find the master bedroom, a King, with deck access, a TV and private bath featuring a whirlpool tub. There are also two other bedrooms on this level; a Queen with a TV and deck access and one with 2 Twins. These two bedrooms have a shared hallway bathroom.

Level Two: On level two, you will love relaxing in the open living, dining and kitchen areas. The updated kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a large working peninsula breakfast bar. The dining table seats 6 with room for an additional 4 at the breakfast bar. The living area opens up to the deck, overlooking sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Amenities: 5 Flat Screen TVs, 2 DVD players, Pool Table, High Speed Wireless Internet; Washer/Dryer, 2 Refrigerators, Microwave, Dishwasher; Covered Decks, Deck Furniture, Weber Charcoal Grill. Fireplace is not to be used. Pool cannot be heated.

Please Note: There is an elevator that goes to all levels of the home, but there is one step to get onto and off of the elevator.

Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 2 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
