Experience the charm of Salty Paws, an Oceanside interior home located in the Spinnaker’s Reach community, just a short walk or golf cart ride from the beach access and community pool. This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath bungalow is perfect for families, including your furry friends, with a pet-friendly policy (DOGS only, maximum of 2, with a non-refundable fee of $150 per dog per week).

**Outdoor Fun and Relaxation**
The private pool and double outdoor showers at the back of the home provide the perfect spot to cool off after a day at the beach. The screened porch and sundeck offer peaceful spaces to unwind while overlooking the backyard.

**Ground-Level Comfort**
The ground floor features a garage housing the included golf cart and a spacious kid-friendly room with a twin-over-double bunk bed and a separate twin. This private retreat is ideal for kids and teens to relax and have their own space.

**Main-Level Living**
The main level boasts an open-plan great room with living, dining, and a large, well-equipped kitchen—perfect for the family chef. The primary suite is also on this level, featuring a King bed and private bath. A laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, a half bath, and access to the screened porch and sundeck complete this level.

**Top-Floor Comfort**
At the top of the stairs, a cozy loft with a daybed welcomes you. On either side of the loft are two guest rooms: one with a Queen bed and private bath, and another with a Twin and Double bed and private bath. Both rooms open onto a sunny deck, perfect for soaking up the coastal rays. Each room is thoughtfully decorated for comfort and relaxation.

Salty Paws is just a 10-minute stroll or a quick golf cart ride to the beach and community pool. Located at the corner of Shipwreck Lane and Louise Howard Court, the home is in the heart of the vibrant Spinnaker’s Reach community.

**Additional Details**
As part of Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise, all bed linens, including comforters, are freshly laundered between guests for your comfort and peace of mind. Please note that the kayaks pictured are not available for guest use.
