Welcome to your vacation beach getaway in the private, gated Spinnakerâs Reach neighborhood! The neighborhood includes private beach access, a community pool (across from the beach access), as well as community access to Bogue Sound in neighboring Spinnakerâs Landing.
We're making numerous upgrades during the offseason, so keep checking back to see updated and more pictures! Among these updates: a new mattress for, and also repainting, the second floor blue bedroom; repainting several interior doors and trim; along with updates in the kitchen.
Our home is a third row oceanside duplex with a spacious reverse floor plan that sleeps 11 in 5 bedrooms. The second-floor master suite includes a king bed, private deck access, and a soaking tub with separate shower in the bathroom. Two additional second floor bedrooms include queen beds and share a hall bath. The third-floor guest room also offers a queen bed and a wardrobe in lieu of a closet. On the first floor, youâll find bunk room that includes a full-twin bunk as well as a foosball game.
The spacious third floor is an open floor plan, including the family room, a brightly lit and well-stocked kitchen that includes a granite countertop and a dishwasher (of courseâŠwho wants to wash dishes on vacation?), plus access to the top-level deck.
We provide linen service for your stay included in your rate, including fully made beds; two bath towels per person, plus hand towels and wash cloths; bathmats for all bathrooms; and two kitchen towels. The cost of linens, towels, plus standard departure cleaning, are all included in the weekly rate: there's no additional charge for any of these.
Our amenities include Wi-Fi connectivity, a gas grill, dumbwaiter, full-size hot tub, hot/cold outdoor shower, full-size washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, as well Roku or Smart TVs in 3 bedrooms. The family room includes a large Smart TV and a DVR player, along with an assortment of games and puzzles for rainy days. We also provide a golf cart for your convenience. Please follow posted rules for golf cart use; golf carts are only for neighborhood use, they arenât allowed on Coast Guard Road. We keep spices, dish soap, and other amenities for your use, but these may vary as other guests use them; we make a day trip once or twice a month to restock as needed. We also have beach toys and also beach chairs (only 3 right now) available for you use; these get used hard at the beach, so what's available may vary, and likewise, we make every effort to update on our day trip visits.
We welcome your dogs, up to 2 allowed with a $150 non-refundable fee per pet. Emerald Isle allows dogs on the beach, though they must be on a leash (owner, too!). Youâll find pickup bags at the beach access so you can clean up after your pet and keep our beach clean.
