3 Bed/2.5 Bath 1450 sq ft with Large Open Floor Plan, 3 Min Walk to Beach

Beautifully decorated 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath half-duplex. Sleeps 6. A large open floor plan which is great for entertaining. We've always wanted our slice of the sand to call our own. We've decorated the home to fit our own needs knowing it will also fit yours. We've included a Ninja blender, Keurig coffee maker (full carafe or single serve), top quality knives, mixer, crockpot, air fryer, gas grill, charcoal grill, and all we can imagine you will need to prepare your favorite coastal meal and drinks.

In the great room is a 65" 4K TV and each bedroom includes a 32" tv. Enjoy YouTubeTV so you don't miss any sporting events. The kids can bring their gaming devices to hook up in their bedroom or they can watch a Netflix movie while Dad is watching sports upstairs.

The beach is a short walk (3 minutes) with recently updated public access.

We welcome your feedback, and if there is something you need that is not inside the home, we will get it for you quickly. We welcome you and want your stay to be the best!

Two floors was not idea for age 70 plus and two toddlers. Way too many stairs for a person using a cane. May be a 3 minute walk to the board walk but not to the beach and again too many steps to deal with. Will make sure we never stay in a duplex again. Otherwise trip was good

Stay was good. Glitch with key pad entry which wasn’t pre set for us. Took a bit to straighten out. Only gripe really was the dirty shower liner in the hall bathroom. It was moldy and it hung into the tub. Took advantage of the easy access to the ocean!

The house was very well appointed and had all of the amenities one could need for a beach trip. It was super quiet and a very convenient walk to the beach. The beds were really comfortable, as well. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again!

The house is beautifully furnished. We thought the second floor deck was a great space to gather and read. Speaking of reading, we appreciated the selection of books on hand. Kitchen could not have been better. Walk to the beach was easy. All in all, we loved our stay at Shore Beachin.

We had a wonderful stay at Wendi's house. Great location to the beach. Very easy walk. It was nice to have access to the beach cart and chairs so that we had less to pack. The amenities in the home made it a very comfortable stay. We would stay there again.

The house was spacious, quiet, clean, and just a quick walk from beach. We really appreciated having access to beach items like chairs, a beach cart, and a Shibumi. This was the perfect location for our beach weekend and we didn’t want to leave!

Easy walk to the beach

This is a lovely home with a very easy to be in living space. Spacious kitchen and nice big table to eat at. There’s a deck just outside the family room that was great for morning coffee. We walked to the beach several days and the access was just a few houses down, a short walk away. Just a short drive to grocery stores and several restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

We had such a great stay. Very clean, and very well decorated, the kitchen is well equipped. I didn’t realize how close the beach access was, it is not even an easy 2 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable home in a fantastic location

Family of 4 visiting for a week. Short walk to beach and easy drive to stores and restaurants. Great place to crash and relax comfortably after the beach. We used the kitchen a lot and even grilled a couple times. Stress free and easy vacation.

Family vacation

What a wonderful beach house to enjoy our time with family. My son and his fiancée, along with my precious grandchildren drove down from Pennsylvania to visit with us. We are so glad we chose this lovely beach home! The attention to detail from the stocked cabinets with cookware/flatware/dinnerware, to the labels above the switches to tell you which light/fan it controlled. Literally steps from the beach and such a quaint neighborhood. The host Wendi made communication a breeze and was so kind. Thank you again for facilitating an amazing visit with family!

Shore had a nice time beachin’ it!

This was my first trip to EI and it didn’t disappoint! The house was beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable, and if you needed a comfort from home, it was already there. The kitchen was well appointed and had all things necessary to prepare meals at home. There were games, beach chairs, beach toys and a Shibumi for shade. There were tables and chairs on all 3 levels to sit outside and enjoy creation. It was an incredible vacation!
