The Space:

At Heritage Hideaway, is a private cabin tucked away in the Coosawattee River Resort, visitors will find plenty to love amid the breathtaking beauty of north Georgia and desirable amenities just steps from your front door. This gated community has plenty to offer the whole family, with 3 pools (1 indoor), river tubing, hiking trails, mini golf, pickleball/tennis courts, camping and RV lots, fishing, multiple parks, and more. You’ll also be conveniently located near picturesque hiking trails, those charming aforementioned orchards, and local wineries serving up tastings of the area’s finest vintage. Beyond the resort, take a day trip into downtown Ellijay, just 15 minutes away, where you’ll be treated to an abundance of options for shopping, dining, entertainment, and all the trimmings of life in the city. Back at the home, there’s no better way to wind down your day than with a soak in the bubbling hot tub, enjoying a refreshing cocktail while soaking in the lush, forested surroundings.



Inside the cabin, soaring wood-trimmed ceilings sit atop open spaces designed for relaxation and connectivity, adorned with comfortable furnishings and country-chic décor. The living room offers soft sofa and recliner seating for kicking up your feet while you stream that new movie you’ve been saving on the smart TV. Steps away, the fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for whipping up homemade culinary creations, with ample counterspace and cabinetry for preparation and storage. Dine together at the formal table with seating for 6, grab a high-top stool at the counter for 2, or head outside to the deck to enjoy most of that fresh country air at the table with seating for 4. When your competitive side comes calling, the lower-level den has you covered, equipped with board games, a PlayStation console, sofa, and smart TV for hours of focused fun.



This home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, deck access, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.



The home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms, the first with a single vanity and shower/tub combo and the second with a pedestal sink and walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway parking available for 4 vehicles. All roads leading to the property are paved outside of the one the home is on. Please note that the road to the house is gravel, and that the graveled driveway has a slight incline.

• Pet friendly! Maximum of 2 dogs, 65 lbs. or less. Cats are not permitted. An additional daily pet fee of $25 per pet, per night will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after making your reservation. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.

• An additional resort fee of $59 to access the community is not included in the reservation rate. This additional fee will be added at the time of check-in.

Nestled in the green foothills of the vast Chattahoochee National Forest at the base of the Appalachian Mountain Range, Gilmer County abounds with forests, wildlife, clean air, sparkling rivers, lakes and streams. With hundreds of miles of hiking trails and waterways to explore, you can spend your entire day outdoors taking in the mountain fresh air and breathtaking scenery.



HOUSE RULES:

• No Adult Parties.

• Lights out (quiet hours) 10pm-6 am.

• Absolutely No Smoking.

• Pet friendly! Maximum of two 60 lb. dogs may be brought to this home. Cats are allowed. There is an additional pet fee of $25 per pet, per night for all pet types that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.

• Please bag all trash. Absolutely no trash can be left loose! There is $125 fine for loose trash if found after check-out.

• All dogs must be on a leash for their safety. Please pick up after your dog. Be courteous of others and their pets, too.

• Drive safely and abide by the rules of the community.

• The Coosawattee Resort Fee of $59 covers your access to all amenities. It will be collected upon arrival.



Guest Access:

There is a handicap accessible ramp that leads up the back porch to to the back door entrance.



Getting Around:

This property is easily accessible on the paved roads of Coosawattee River Resort. There are no steep inclines or narrow roads. the drive way to the house DOES have a slight incline and is gravel, however, it does not require AWD or 4WD



Other Things to Note:

Washer and Dryer are located downstairs in the garage area. You can also open up the garage to enjoy the indoor outdoor seating and a cornhole game.
