This property is located in the Coosawattee River Resort which means you are able to utilize the amenities of the resort including the Rec Center with indoor olympic size heated pool, exercise room, arcade room, tennis courts, basket ball courts, putt putt golf, picnic areas at various parks within the resort and the 3 outdoor swimming pools (during summer season) at no additional cost to you for authorized groups up to 8 people. Please note, it is out of control should one or any of these amenities not be available during your stay and there should be no expectation of any refunds should this occur. None of our properties are within walking distance to the rec center and depending on location, could be a 2 minute to 15 minute drive.

Put the groceries away, grab your favorite beverage and head on out to the back porch and relax on the comfortable furnishings and take in the fresh mountain air and views of the river and mountains beyond. Enjoy a fire in the wood burning fireplace on the deck on a cool fall/winter day. Perhaps a soak in the hot tub after the long drive is what's needed to start this vacation off in the right direction. Whatever you decide to do indulge in, you'll be so happy you chose Mountain River Lodge to do it!

Inside, you will find all the comforts of home, from the fully equipped kitchen with beautiful granite and stainless steel appliances, you will find everything needed to whip up some great meals. Enjoy your meals at the breakfast bar or the open concept dining room.

The great room offers comfort and beauty and provides the perfect place to enjoy a movie on the 42" TV or cuddle up with a good book, and, on a chilly Fall or Winter evening, take the chill off with the beautiful gas fireplace. There are 4 bedrooms, l King on the main floor, 1 King Master with private bath on the upper level, 1 Queen on the upper level and a bunk room on the Terrace Level. The Terrace level also hosts a game room with sitting area, large 50" flat screen TV, Pool Table and another full bathroom. This level is also where you access the hot tub with plenty of seating as well as the fire pit where you can enjoy a campfire; don't forget the marshmallows!

This cabin is located in the Coosawattee River Resort in Ellijay. The roads are mostly paved to the cabin with the exception of the last mile which is dirt/gravel but well maintained. This cabin is also in close proximity to Riverview Hideaway if you are looking for 2 properties semi close together (about 1/2 mile).

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:

Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, crock pot, drip coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans.

Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat and air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dust pan, mop, cable or satellite TV, internet, telephone for local calls and propane grill.

In addition we provide a complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (2 rolls per bathroom), Paper Towels, (1 roll), Garbage Bags (2-3 bags) , Dishwasher Detergent (1-2 loads) Laundry Detergent (1 load), and Dish Washing Soap (mini bottle).

Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items.

The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.

Required Fees - Cleaning, Processing, Gate Fee, Accidential Damage Fee,
15% lodging tax, $5 per night Hotel/Motel Fee added to all reservations.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO THE CABIN ARE E-MAILED TO YOU 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL IF YOUR RESERVATION HAS BEEN UPDATED WITH YOUR GUEST LIST AND DRIVER'S LICENSE.

Please respond no later than 7 days prior to check in. Additional fees may apply if you choose to send in later than the 7 days. Exception - for reservations that are last minute and are already within a week of arrival. You may need to check your spam folder. If you can't locate the email, please reach out to us.
