The Space:

Welcome to Holden Haus, a serene and beautifully designed retreat nestled along the peaceful banks of Holden Creek in the charming town of Ellijay, GA. This stylishly decorated creekside compound features a main cabin and private guest house, blending rustic elegance with modern comfort to create a one-of-a-kind mountain getaway.



As you arrive, you're welcomed by a wraparound porch, bubbling hot tub, and the calming sounds of the creek nearby. Step inside the main cabin, where cozy textures and custom furnishings greet you in the spacious living area. A dual-sided gas fireplace offers warmth and ambiance to both the living room and sun-drenched dining space, while large windows frame views of the surrounding forest.



The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, and the adjacent sunroom porch with a swing bed is the perfect spot for your morning coffee or an afternoon nap. A king bedroom with attached bath and laundry room sits on the main level, while two queen bedrooms and a loft with a daybed await upstairs—ideal for reading, journaling, or quiet retreat.



Tucked just beside the main cabin is the guest house, complete with its own covered porch, half bathroom, cozy TV lounge and bar area, and outdoor shower that adds a bit of whimsy and connection to nature. Upstairs, kids or extra guests will love the bunk room with 6 twin beds, two trundles, and a hidden reading nook for magical moments.



Step outside to explore the expansive outdoor living spaces: a deck overlooking the creek with a chiminea and dining table, a fire pit under twinkling bistro lights, and shaded Adirondack chairs perfect for stargazing or storytelling by the fire.

Guest Access:

Guests have full, private access to the main cabin, guest cabin, hot tub, decks, creekside dining area, fire pit, and all amenities.



The Neighborhood:

Holden Haus is tucked in a quiet, natural setting along Holden Creek, just 15–25 minutes from Ellijay and Blue Ridge, offering the best of both seclusion and accessibility. Enjoy local hiking trails, orchards, wineries, and charming mountain towns.



Getting Around:

Parking is in the gravel driveway only (no parking on grass—vehicles may get stuck)

AWD/4WD not required but always helpful in mountain regions

Area is best explored with your own vehicle; limited rideshare availability



Other Things to Note:

No parties, and no smoking/vaping of any kind

Dog-Friendly, max of 2, $75/pet applies

Firewood not provided but can be purchased for delivery via link sent after booking

Fireplace available October–April only

Minimum age to rent: 25

Signed rental agreement and photo ID required after booking

Cabin and hot tub are professionally cleaned and disinfected between each stay
