The Space:
This luxury newly constructed smart bowling cottage offers stunning and unique features that will make your stay a grand adventure. The entrance features a large porch perfect for lounging and dining with a custom chandelier, a stone wood fireplace, Streaming TV, outdoor seating, dining table, corn hole, hammock, and a gas grill. Step inside to enjoy a seating area with a custom rock slab coffee table, large windows for natural lighting, a half bath, state of the art chef’s kitchen, and the dining area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with the following: ice maker, knife set, blender, toaster, electric kettle, Nespresso machine, dishes, casserole dishes, serving platters, silverware, mixing utensils, can opener, measuring utensils, waffle iron, mixing bowls, Tupperware, pots and pans, cutting boards, and strainers. There is a gas grill on the front porch that uses propane tanks, which will be provided.
The dining table seats 6 with 4 chairs at the kitchen island.

There are 2 master suites on this level. The first features a Queen bed, a Streaming TV, and a private attached bathroom with a tile walk in shower. The second features a King bed with a Streaming TV, and a private attached bathroom with a soaking tub and a tile walk in shower.

Venture downstairs for the ultimate gaming and entertainment experience including a professional bowling laser light show alley with every size bowling ball and bowling shoes, poker table, Brunswick Billiards pool table, 3000 gal saltwater aquarium (built by the Aquarium Brothers on Discover TV), an entertainment lounge, Streaming TV, and wet bar with ice maker, mini-fridge, and a whiskey barrel cocktail table.

The lower level features a King master suite with a Streaming TV, and a private attached bathroom with a tile walk in shower. There is also a half bath and a laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board for guests to use as needed.

Soak up the sun on the lower level patio with a good book while enjoying the hot tub/pool and sun loungers.

The cabin and hot tub/pool are professionally cleaned and disinfected in between every guest stay.
Minimum age to rent this cabin is 25. All guests that book are required to sign a rental agreement PDF.

Firewood is not provided but can be purchased from the management company for delivery.

There is a $250 pet fee per stay. There are a maximum of 2 dogs under 30 lbs, and all dogs MUST be house-trained. If you are bringing your dog, please let us know when booking. You must agree to keep your dogs off the furniture, keep them crated when left alone at the cabin, and pick up after them in the yard.

No smoking of any kind allowed (cigarettes, cigar, weed, vape, candles, etc)
Please note Trailers and RVs are not allowed.
