Perfectly nestled between downtown Ellijay and Blue Ridge, our cabin offers the best of North Georgia just minutes away—tubing, kayaking, trout fishing, world-class hiking, and boating on Lake Blue Ridge or Carters Lake. Nearby adventures include Amicalola Falls, zip-lining, mountain biking, horseback riding, wineries, and apple orchards.

This cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabin (plus loft) sleeps 6 comfortably with a king, queen, and full-size bunk beds. This place had everything we needed and more! Also the communication was very quick and helpful. We most definitely will stay here again! We chose to just go as a romantic getaway for my husband and I, but there was so much for the kids to do and so many activities and games for them to do for next time!

This is our second stay at Hibernation Station. Ricardo is an awesome host. He sincerely wants you to enjoy your stay. He is very quick to respond and always respectful. The home is very welcoming, warm, immaculate, everything we could want for comfort was already there. The property is private and well maintained and again great for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the Hot tub and also the firepit.

The cabin was more than well equipped as were the bathrooms with amenities, extra clean towels. We go to the mountains 3-4 times a year and this cabin was by far one of the best cabins that we have encountered. Clean , spacious, beautiful on inside and the property has breathtaking views! The host was very attentive , informative and nice . Will most definitely be coming back ! Thank you Ricardo -we throughly loved our stay! It was such a nice touch celebrating our anniversary!

The house was a little further out than I thought. However, it is a beautiful home!! It was very welcoming and my husband and I were in awe of the beautiful master bedroom furnishings!! Simply stunning

If you want to get away and enjoy pure relaxation this is the spot for you I highly recommend this cabin and will be returning in the fall the cabin was clean and fresh I can’t say enough good things about it you won’t be disappointed with this cabin I promise the host was super attentive and accommodating and the view was spectacular truly a 10/10

Winter Weekend Getaway

The four of us have been doing a winter weekend getaway in the mountains for a few years now. We walked into this beautiful home and said immediately it was the best place so far, someplace we would stay again, that immediate reaction was a first for us. The setting was picturesque, the home was very cozy and clean, there was everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was quick to respond to my emails and answered my all of questions. Really nothing but good things to say here. We enjoyed the hot tub, fireplace and just relaxing as well as visits to the neighboring towns. We are truly grateful that we found this place, and hope to return next year!

Excellent break!

When you first get there lights are on and the tv is playing some music. Very welcoming and clean!!! The placed is stocked very nicely. Plenty of towels and toiletries etc. Very spacious for 4 adults. Beds are super tall but comfy. Wasn’t an issue for my husband and I but my brother in law is vertically challenged so good call with the step stool! Would definitely stay here again. Owners are very responsive and take pride in their property. A+++

Wonderful!!!

This property was absolutely amazing! Super Clean and smelled absolutely wonderful everytime we walked in the cabin. There were 4 of us and plenty of space. The seating in the living room was phenomenal (there was plenty for all of us to be very comfortable) and the bedrooms/bathrooms were very nice as well. There were plenty of all things needed as well (towels, blankets, TP etc) - we brought extra and took it back home! The porch was wonderful with plenty of seating which was also very comfortable. Very secluded as well. The owner was extremely prompt with replies to questions and general follow up. This property was very very nice and it will be saved to my favorites. Would absolutely recommend and will look to stay here again.

Such a beautiful property. The owners/property managers made it feel like home the minute you walk in the door! Loved the fireplace, front porch swing, well just loved everything. It is well kept and exceptionally clean! The property manager shared in advance sites to see, places to eat, wineries, apple orchards!
