This lovely cabin is located within the Coosawattee River Resort, a gated community of 5500+ acres featuring five parks located throughout the community allowing access to the Coosawattee River for fishing, tubing, or kayaking.
This beautiful cabin is the perfect getaway for those seeking a peaceful retreat in nature overlooking the woods which many deer, turkey, and other wildlife call home. With four cozy bedrooms and three bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. The cabin is designed with a rustic feel, featuring natural wood accents and warm, inviting colors that create a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The living room is the heart of the cabin, with a comfortable couch, loveseat and armchair situated around the fireplace, perfect for cozying up on chilly evenings or streaming on the 55-inch smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen has everything to cook up a delicious meal for your group, with modern appliances and ample counter space. There's also a dining area with a large wooden table, perfect for family meals or board games. Challenge a friend or family member to a competitive game of Foosball or catch the big game on the 55-inch Smart TV in the Game Room on the lower-level.
One of the best features of this cabin is the outdoor space. The hot tub is located on a covered deck, surrounded by trees that provides a serene and private space to soak and relax while also boasting a large, covered seating area at the front of the cabin. The cabin has a propane barbecue grill, perfect for cookouts or a summer dinner on the deck. The firepit is perfect for roasting marshmallows or enjoying a night under the stars.
The four bedrooms are comfortable and well appointed, with plush beds and soft linens. The main level features a Queen bedroom equipped with a dresser along with a Bunkroom that will sleep four making it the perfect place for the kids or young adults to sleep. The main level bathroom is a full bath with a walk-in shower. The upper-level bedroom features two Queen beds with a dresser and 55-inch Smart TV with an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The lower-level bathroom features a full bedroom housing a dresser and a 42-inch Smart TV with private access to the covered.

RESORT FEE (required): Experience the best of Coosawattee River Resort with our required $60.00 Resort fee for your entire party. This fee grants access to the 5 picturesque parks along the river, Pavilion Picnic Areas featuring charcoal BBQ grills, a Fishing Pond with no license required, and a fenced-in Dog Park.

Your cabin comes with 2 Amenity Cards, providing entry for up to 8 guests to enjoy a wide range of amenities. Indulge in the year-round Olympic indoor heated pool, 2 outdoor pools (available from Memorial Day through Labor Day), a well-equipped gym, an exciting arcade, and various sports facilities like tennis, pickleball, basketball, and mini golf. If your party exceeds 8 people, you can easily purchase an additional Amenities Card for $59 at the Coosawattee Welcome Center, conveniently located at 25 Eagle Mountain Drive, Ellijay, GA 30540. These amenities are just a short drive from your cabin.

AMENITY CARD POLICY: Please ensure that the provided amenity cards are left in the cabin during your stay. Failure to do so will result in a replacement fee of $65.00. Thank you for your cooperation.

• Dish detergent
• Dishwasher detergent for 2 cycles
• 4 garbage bags (bring extra)
• Liquid hand soap (1 in each bathroom)
• Small botanical soap & Shampoo (1 in each bathroom)

GUESTS MAKING A RESERVATION MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD. BY SUBMITTING THEIR RESERVATION, THEY ARE CONFIRMING THAT THEY ARE 25 YEARS OLD OR OLDER. NO LARGE GROUPS UNDER 25 YEARS OLD. MAXIMUM OF 6 GUEST WHO ARE UNDER 25 YEARS OLD IN ANY CABIN UNLESS PRE-APPROVED AT TIME OF BOOKING.
