When we first discovered this property nestled between Ellijay and Blue Ridge, we immediately fell in love with its open spaces, bubbling creek, and natural beauty.
What began as a weekend retreat for our own family has transformed into a completely remodeled mountain haven that we are thrilled to share with you. We've doubled the space by adding a second floor while carefully preserving the natural charm that makes this setting so magical.

Each bedroom has been thoughtfully designed with local themes and comfortable bedding, ensuring everyone gets a good night's sleep after a day of mountain adventures.

Our covered deck has quickly become everyone's favorite spot with its comfortable seating area, fire table, and views of the surrounding woods. It's the perfect place to start your morning with coffee or wind down in the evening with a glass of local wine.

MAIN FLOOR:

A large leather sectional opens up to the kitchen with a large island and 4 bar seats. The fully stocked kitchen has stainless steel appliances and lots of counter space for preparing meals.

The living room and kitchen open up to the dining room with a table seating 8 people.

On the deck-side of the kitchen is our complimentary coffee station to fuel up your adventure-filled days! By the window looking out to the deck and yard is a mini table with 4 more bar seats. Off to the side is a little mudroom with the entrance to the deck and an additional full fridge perfect for storing drinks and quick snacks.

The sliding barn doors by the foosball lead you to the upstairs King bedroom with a stunning apple orchard theme.

On the other side of the loft is the Bunk Room. This room is the ultimate little retreat for little travelers. It features 2 Queen beds and a total of 6 Twin bunk beds; 2 ground level ones and 4 up top. Have the little ones play with toys or host a mini movie night here!

There's a large, shared bathroom upstairs with a shower/tub combo, full laundry with a washer and dryer and a little make-up station with an LED-lit mirror.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Your safety matters. This property features 1 exterior doorbell camera located on the front of the home. There is another camera mounted on the west side of the house facing the driveway. Both cameras are outward facing and do not look into the interior.

Your total reservation fee for this home includes a per-booking damage waiver fee, including any applicable taxes. The damage waiver ensures coverage for any accidental damage caused to the home or its contents, including appliances and furnishings, up to a maximum of $1,500. Damage due to smoking and pets is excluded. Stained linens are also excluded. To benefit from this coverage, you must report the incident to the host before you check out.

Please keep white towels indoors. Mud and creek water can cause permanent stains. We've provided a basket of towels for outdoor use — please use those instead.
A $25 fee will apply for any stained white towels or linens. Thanks for your help in keeping things fresh for all guests!

This property requires a separate rental agreement to be reviewed and signed after booking. A link to the full agreement will be sent through the Airbnb message thread in your booking confirmation. It includes guest and property details, stay dates, fees, house rules (e.g., no parties, no smoking, pet rules), cancellation terms, and guest/host responsibilities. Please note that check-in instructions will only be released after the rental agreement is signed.
☞︎ No smoking is allowed (including vaping) anywhere on the property. If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $500. You will be charged an increase in cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages

☞︎ Person booking and checking in must be at least 25 years old to reserve and must occupy the rental property throughout the whole stay.

☞︎ No parties or events are allowed. We are located in a residential community and, although this is a vacation destination, this area is predominantly families and nature-loving groups. This is doubtless part of its appeal to you too! Between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am, noise should be kept to a minimum.

☞︎ Maximum occupancy of 16 people. Off-site visitors are not permitted without prior permission and are subject to a $100 fee per extra guest.

☞︎ Pets are not allowed. Any guest that brings in a pet will be subject to immediate cancellation of their reservation and fined a minimum $500 extra cleaning fee.

☞︎ Please be respectful of our fruit trees and vines. Help yourself to a snack of anything ripe but please leave unripe fruit, branches and vines undisturbed.

☞︎Absolutely no trespassing in the back barns. They are clearly labeled as off limits.

☞︎ We follow our stated cancellation policies under all circumstances. We highly recommended guests purchase travel insurance to cover weather-related issues (tropical storms, hurricanes, etc.) and illnesses that may arise and interrupt travel.

☞︎ Environmentally friendly plumbing, NO grease, no flushable wipes, and no food down the sink drain. DO NOT REMOVE WIRE MESH food catcher in the sink while in use. There is no disposal, and this mesh will protect the community's plumbing.

☞︎PLEASE do not place loose garbage in the outdoor garbage can. Our garbage service will not collect our garbage unless it is bagged and tied off.

☞︎Please do not leave any food or trash not in the bear proof container outside. A fed bear is a dead bear. Thank you for helping to keep our wildlife safe.

☞︎Please keep white towels indoors. Mud and creek water can cause permanent stains. We've provided a basket of towels for outdoor use — please use those instead. A $25 fee will apply for any stained white towels or linens. Thanks for your help in keeping things fresh for all guests!

☞︎ If an item is left behind, we're happy to help return it. A $75 flat fee applies to locate, package, and ship forgotten items within the continental U.S. Payment is required before the item is shipped. Additional fees may apply for oversized, heavy, or expedited shipments. Items not requested within 14 days may be donated or discarded at our discretion.

☞︎Unapproved late checkouts may result in a $50 fee per hour (or partial hour) past the scheduled checkout time. If the delay interferes with the cleaning schedule or the next guest's arrival, additional charges may apply.
