This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms.
‱ Main level bedroom #1 includes a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom.
‱ Upper level bedroom #2 includes a queen-sized bed.
‱ Upper level bedroom #3 includes a king-sized bed.
‱ Upper level bedroom #4 includes 2 twin-sized beds, a twin-sized day bed, and a twin-sized trundle.
This home also includes two additional full bathrooms on the upper level.

THINGS TO NOTE:
‱ Washer and dryer in home.
‱ Driveway parking is available for 4 vehicles.
‱ The outdoor heated pool is seasonal (open approximately Memorial Day - Labor Day).
‱ The pool is shared with other residences on the farm, so other folks may be using it at the same time. At this time there is only one other private residence (not a rental), but we are planning to add more rentals that will share the pool as well at some point in the future.
‱ The pictured pool slide has been removed for safety reasons.
‱ There are several security cameras throughout the property, including on the exterior of the farmhouse.
‱ This property is located on a working regenerative farm in progress with farm animals. There are no horses currently on the property, but ducks and chickens are present. Guests are not permitted inside any buildings other than the farmhouse. Minimal farm staff may be present on the property at any time, including overnight. There is a separate driveway that some workers may use to enter and exit the property.
‱ Motorized vehicles (ATVs, dirt bikes, etc.) are not allowed to be used on the property. Everywhere is walkable, especially the trails cut through the forested area at the back of the property.
‱ Please note that early check in and late check out are subject to availability. If approved, the first hour is complimentary and additional hours are $30 each.
‱ The minimum age to book our properties is 25, and the individual making the reservation must be one of the guests physically staying at the property for the entire duration of the reservation.

Best Decision

Staying at the Big Foot ranch was on of the best decisions we’ve ever made. The house and property are beautiful. The bedrooms are spacious, the dining table can seat ten, the enclosed porch is large and has a dining/game table space and lounge area. We hosted guests and had room on the porch to set up two additional six foot tables. The kitchen is well stocked and has a large fridge and freezer. The pool area was wonderful and immensely enjoyed with how hot it was during our stay. The property manager was easy to get a hold of and very kind and helpful when we had a question. The property is very convenient to many locations and activities with easy access to highway 43. Our guests were so impressed with the house they are considering renting it in the future for their families.

Beautiful property in great location!

A small group of us booked this location due to its proximity to Alpine Valley and the pool. It exceeded all of our expectations and we will definitely be back! The hosts were wonderful to work with, especially during the tornado events that hit the area. The farmhouse was amazing and the kitchen was perfect. The huge fridge and freezer allowed us to stay at the property and cook most of our meals. We highly recommend this property for anyone going to Alpine Valley or just looking for a nice, relaxing vacation!
