Our home is the perfect retreat for large groups, offering plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy their time together. The open living areas provide ample room for socializing, while the cozy bedrooms upstairs ensure a peaceful night’s rest for all. Each room is thoughtfully designed for comfort, and many offer stunning views of the water, creating a tranquil atmosphere. Whether you’re gathering in the common spaces or unwinding in the privacy of your bedroom, the home offers the ideal balance of comfort and breathtaking natural beauty.

WATER/OUTDOOR FUN: At our short-term rental, we offer a relaxing and adventurous stay with a variety of amenities. Guests can enjoy our spacious Sanpan pontoon boat for leisurely cruises on the water or explore the surroundings with our kayaks. After a day of outdoor fun, unwind by the cozy outdoor fire pit or try your luck fishing. Whether you’re looking to relax or stay active, we have something for everyone.

NOTRE DAME FANS: Our lake house is the perfect home base for Notre Dame fans! Just a short distance from the iconic campus, you’ll be within easy reach of all the excitement of home game weekends. Whether you’re here to cheer on the Fighting Irish or explore the rich history of Notre Dame, our location offers both convenience and comfort for an unforgettable stay.

COMFORT: Our cozy home offers three spacious bedrooms, two full baths, and a convenient half bath, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests. Please note, we can accommodate up to 11 people maximum, providing ample space for your group to relax and enjoy. We ask that only registered guests are at our home.
Guest access
Guests have the entire house! Rules of the home are as follows: Refund Policy Peak Season:
• While we accommodate a generous cancellation policy in the "off-season", we consider our peak season to be the time inclusive of Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. During this time, we follow a strict policy and offer a 50% off refund up to 30 days before arrival.

Cameras:
• Exterior surveillance cameras at the entrances serve as an extra security measure and are not intended for monitoring guests, except in cases of suspicious activity. We kindly request that they remain on and the Wi-Fi is not unplugged during your stay. In the event that cameras become non-functional, we may need to investigate the premises.

Noise:
• The house is located in a quiet residential area. We love our neighbors and kindly request that you keep noise to a minimum after 10pm and before 7am.

Shoes:
• We treat this place like our own, please no shoes in the upstairs level, in any bedrooms or on furniture.


Unregistered guests:
• Please note that only guests listed on the reservation and the online guest check-in form are allowed on the property. If you would like to have visitors who won't be staying overnight, this will be at the discretion of the host. Likewise, the reservation total guest count cannot be modified without an additional guest charge.


Cleaning and Checkout:
• We try to leave a 5-star review for all of our guests! Please clean up after yourselves within reason. Save travels and leave the rest to us!
•. During our busy season, we implement a $250 late check out fee if guests depart after 10:30, as well as a $250 early check in fee if guests enter the home before 4:00pm. Our cleaners arrive immediately after check out and can be at the house until the next check in.


Smoking:
• Please no smoking on the property.

Boat Rules:
• There will be a $750.00 deposit collected prior to using the Pontoon for incidentals.

• We will give a boat orientation upon check in. We are flexible with this and will work with our guests on the best time for you. Each patron on the boat will need to sign a liability contract and no unregistered guests are permitted on the boat.

• Please avoid driving up and down the channels, as they are very tight and are used for leaving and returning to a pier.

• No tubing is allowed on the boat.

• There is no smoking on the boat.

• Lastly, please use lake etiquette and follow all posted speed limits.

Boat Usage & Mechanical Issues Disclaimer

While we strive to keep the boat in excellent working condition, please understand that unforeseen mechanical issues can occasionally arise. In the event the boat becomes unavailable for use during your stay due to a mechanical problem, we will issue a refund of $100 per day for each full day the boat is not operational, excluding the day of checkout.
