Way better than we had planned for. We were the Food Duty Parents for and FRC team of 40. The fridge and freezer was large enough to hold our stuff. There was enough space for all my crock pots and roasters. It was quiet! Which is appreciated when dealing with 30 teenagers. The rooms were seperated so we had space that felt less shared with other parents. If that makes sense.

Adorable house work plenty of room for us and our 2 dogs. Host thought of everything, and left us a couple extras like a basket of goodies for us and the dogs, loofahs in the bathroom, coffee, and the kitchen was well equipped. It snowed during our stay and the host made sure we had a snow shovel for the walkway and de-ice salt as well. Overall great place, we would stay here again.

Great stay!

The Cho Cho Inn was perfect. The home was very clean and had very thoughtful details throughout. I really appreciate the host being accommodating with our check in process. We will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend for others.

The Choo Choo Inn was so cozy and comfortable and the host left us a basket of treats waiting for us when we arrived. It was so well appointed with everything we needed and decorated so cute! We’ll definitely look to staying there again when we go back to visit Notre Dame 😊

Cute and quiet

This was probably one of the nicest rentals between “the other” site and this one we rented. Affordable, quiet, comfortable. Very nice space. We have family nearby and it’s always hard to find an affordable place to stay as hotels are more expensive and not as comfortable. This was perfect and will try to rent again on our next trip, if it’s available! Thank you for offering it all.

Charming Choo Choo Inn

Welcoming clean and comfortable home. The host, Warren left great brochures for our adventures out during our week stay. Also nice treats for dogs and us! Great yard for the dogs too.

Great return stay!

Very clean and tidy. Nice touches like battery operated candles turned on for our arrival. Good water pressure in the shower and comfortable beds. Train noise was minimal. Overall, another great stay at the Choo Choo Inn!

Great spot

We stayed at the Choo Choo Inn while visiting family over Christmas. It was a great spot to stay with our dog and had cute touches all around the rental. We will definitely stay here again when we’re visiting home.

Cute and comfy

This house was comfy and cozy. Two bedrooms. One bed sits up pretty high. Tvs in each room.. love seat reclines and couch is comfy. Big backyard for animals.(not fenced) This property sits behind the owners home. You can see another neighbors back porch but its far and blocked by the sheds. Still very private given the area. 5 mins from Wal-Mart was nice for groceries. Washer and dryer is always nice to have. My biggest live was them having cleaning towels and supplies on hand. Many placed just provide white towela. This is ready for apills or accidents. I would stay here again. Id say the house would sleep 7. One bedroom with the high bed is pretty small tho. Thamk you!

Nice clean property

We only stayed one night, but had an excellent experience. Property manager was very responsive and accommodating. Property was very clean. No unusual house rules. Nice touches like battery operated candles and good quality Charmin toilet paper. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

Wonderful Weekend at the Choo Choo Inn

We had such a wonderful stay at the Choo Choo Inn! The house was charming, very clean and smelled so fresh! The host provided everything we needed and more! We so very much appreciated the little touches of thoughtfulness like the waters, snack box, Kleenex in every room, supplies, brochures, etc . It certainly made such an impact to our experience :)

Cozy and relaxing

I have to say Warren truly thought of everything when putting his rental together. You could literally arrive with clothes and some groceries and not worry for anything else. Absolutely spotless. Plus to bring my companion dog with me alsoplusperfectperfect.

Don’t Choo Choo past the Choo Choo Inn.

What a great place to stay. We had to attend a funeral in the area which is always such an emotional and stressful time. Staying at the Inn was the best choice we made. It was stress free from check in to check out. The Inn was clean and the host provided extra touches. Definitely would stay here again.

Great place close drive to campus!

We had a great stay at the choo choo inn very clean and welcoming. The listing said 1+ bathrooms but there was only 1 full bath. Still worked and was a close and easy drive to campus for the game on Saturday!

Quaint Country Get-Away

We stayed at Choo Choo Inn for 6 nights and I slept better than I do at home! The place is very clean, nicely decorated, and quiet. The shower is awesome with good water pressure and hot, hot water. The back deck is perfect for relaxing and watching little critters like the neighbors chickens and ducks. We had a great time here and Warren is very helpful if you need anything at all.

Clean, Comfy & Cozy!

My fiancé, daughter and two pups stayed two nights at the Choo Choo Inn. We were in the area for a softball tournament for our daughter. The house is located in a very quiet area. Communication and flexibility of host was superb and check-in/arrival was smooth. The home was EXTREMELY CLEAN inside and out. Our daughter took a nap on the couch and said it was her best nap ever because it was so comfortable. Our mattresses in both bedrooms were great for us and so comfortable, we got great sleep both nights. The air conditioner works GREAT! Having access to washer/dryer as well as a full kitchen, coffee bar and plenty of extra towels and linen without asking was a plus! The outdoor furniture was clean and comfy. There were citronella table top pieces which were great while enjoying outside. Our dogs went with us and they have never been as calm and content away from our home as they were at the Choo Choo Inn. The sounds coming from the tracks were actually soothing and very quiet & only heard when outside. The snacks upon arrival were an added bonus! There is a Walmart and gas station about 5 minutes away. Warren is an AMAZING host and is prompt to answer any question/communication. We were able to meet him and he was wonderful with our fur babies as well. We WILL ABSOLUTELY stay again if back in the area. Thank you for sharing your home and for a great weekend stay at your beautiful place!

PERFECT

The Choo Choo Inn has beautiful new finishes, and everything is top notch. We cooked a delicious dinner and ate on the back deck and enjoyed the bar height table and the comfy couches too. Warren was quick to respond to my email questions. The train decor is fun. The nearby trains are not loud, just a soothing clickity clack if you listen hard. This was only a overnight stay, but the Inn would be great for long term. If you forgot a necessity, there is a Walmart just a mile away. We travel to northern Michigan frequently, and this is our new stay.

Cute Place

This was a very nice house and perfect for my husband and our two kids. The hosts were kind and very accomodating. There were lots of little details that made the stay comfortable and cozy. We were staying here because we had an event for one of our kids that was out of town. This was the perfect place to stay to be close enough to our event. Lacrosse Tournament

This made the perfect weekend for our family of 3 for a lacrosse tournament being held in Edwardsburg. About a 20 minute drive away, super clean and very relaxing. All of the small touches did not go unnoticed and were very appreciated from the snack basket, to the coffee and extra towels. Thank you for a great experience, we will come back for sure if we are in the area again!
