Welcome to The Red Barn at Tiffany's Estate
Nestled within Tiffany's Estateâa private 95-acre mountain ranchâThe Red Barn offers an unforgettable High Country escape. Guests enjoy exclusive access to a wide range of amenities, including a sandy beach along a rushing creek, a serene pond with kayaks, a pickleball court, and miles of scenic hiking and walking trails through mature wooded mountainside terrain. These amenities are shared only among the limited properties on the estate, ensuring a peaceful and private experience.
Originally the estate's historic barn, The Red Barn has been professionally transformed into a spacious six-bedroom, five-bathroom retreat. With its expansive layout, thoughtfully designed interiors, and exceptional amenities, it's the perfect setting for family gatherings, corporate retreats, or getaways with friends.
Main Level Living
The main level features a fully stocked, chef-ready kitchen complete with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large central island. An open dining area makes gathering for meals easy and inviting.
Two luxurious primary suites are located on this level, each offering a king-sized bed, a large mounted Smart TV, and a private en-suite bathroom. Two additional bedroomsâa queen room and a full roomâalso feature Smart TVs and share a convenient Jack-and-Jill bathroom.
Lower Level Entertainment
Downstairs, a spacious great room serves as both a family lounge and game center. Enjoy a game of pool on the 8-foot slate table, relive arcade classics on the multicade arcade machine, or gather around for board games and puzzles. Multiple Smart TVs with Blu-ray players provide plenty of entertainment options.
This level also includes a pull-out sofa for additional sleeping and two bedrooms, each furnished with a twin bed and twin trundle. One bedroom features a private en-suite bath, while a second Jack-and-Jill bathroom serves the great room and remaining bedroom.
Outdoor Living at Its Best
The Red Barn's outdoor spaces are designed for relaxation and fun in every season. A covered nook houses the hot tubâperfect for soaking year-roundâwhile the nearby fire pit invites cozy evenings under the stars. Fire up the grill for outdoor dining, or enjoy the versatile concrete pad for basketball, games, or group gatherings. A playground nearby makes this property especially family-friendly.

While the estate offers plenty to enjoy, you're also just a short drive from some of the region's most popular destinations, including Beech Mountain and Sugar Mountain ski resorts, downtown Banner Elk, Grandfather Mountain, Hawksnest Snow Tubing & Ziplining, Linville Falls and Caverns, Boone, Blowing Rock, Valle Crucis, and more.

- Tiffany's Estate includes multiple rental properties. Consider renting any single property or the combination that best suites your getaway.

- The pond, dock, boats, pickleball court, trails, and creek are shared with guests staying at any home at Tiffany's Estate. The basketball pad, playground, fire pit, and hot tub are exclusive to Red Barn guests.
- The Red Barn and The Upper House are next to each other with just enough space for separation. They are located beside the pond and just a couple of minutes' walk from the Creedside sandy beach. The Pods are just 3/4 miles away and are situated right next to the pickleball court.
- The Red Barn is pet-friendly, allowing up to two dogs weighing 40 lbs or less with a pet fee of $25 per pet, per night.
- Water activities are available at the creek and pond. Please note there are no lifeguards on duty. Children must be supervised at all times, and guests should bring their own life vests.
- A valid North Carolina fishing license is required for fishing. Equipment is not provided.
- Events and small weddings (up to 80 guests) may be permitted with prior owner approval. Additional fees, guidelines, and restrictions applyâplease inquire for details.
- Firewood may be purchased with at least one week's notice for use in the fire pit. On night's worth of firewood includes two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
- All linens and towels provided for your stay
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
