Outdoor living and dock time is what this property is all about and the outside will not disappoint with 16 feet of water depth at the end of the concrete dock, a swim platform and shaded area for seating, covered12'X32' boat slip, covered 12'X12' pwc slip, 2 kayaks, gas grill, beautiful natural landscaping, space to relax by the seawall, basketball hoop, open storage for water toys, and parking for up to 4 vehicles for plenty of visitors.

If you love to fish, there is no better place with crappie beds galore and fish habitat that have been developed over many years. Crappie, bass, and catfish all live, troll, and scavenge under our dock.

If wetting a line isn't your thing but being by the water is, we still have plenty of fun opportunities like swimming, kayaking, or just floating around. The water is calm and quiet with little-to-no boat traffic making docking your boat a cinch. The Main Channel can still be seen from the dock for a great view and watching cruisers and go-fast boats buzz by. If you bring or rent a boat, you can boat around and pull skiers/tubers in an adjacent cove (Birdsong Hollow Cove) without even entering the Main Channel. Located at the 3MM, you are still within easy boating distance from great amenities like parasailing, main channel boating and views, waterfront restaurants like Coconuts, Jolly Rogers, Frankie & Louie's, Tap & Grill, H. Toads, Shady Gators, Lazy Gators, and The Boathouse. The Boathouse is part of Village Marina, which is just a 5 minute walk or boat ride, and is a popular spot for both locals and visitors with indoor and outdoor seating and a heated pool. The marina offers first class marina service with boat/pwc rental, boat launch, gas, and gear shop.

If you want to get away by car, you can visit the Bagnell Dam and Strip area which offers shopping, arcade games, and old time photos. Osage National is just a 15 min drive that offers the best golfing and scenery at the Lake. Ha Ha Tonka State Park is a 30 min drive and has hiking, caves, and scenic views.

We maintain this property with love and care. The cove is small and quaint and has a number of full time residents. Out of respect for our neighbors, if you are seeking a party pad, this location is not for you.

The property is beautifully situated on the Northshore, which is the closest shoreline to the St. Louis area with easy access off of Highway 54 and Highway W. We would love to share our property with you, so you too can enjoy the beautiful cove and relaxing atmosphere.
