We respect our guests' privacy and offer a seamless self-check-in process. While we will not be present on the property during your stay, we are always available and happy to assist with any questions or needs via the booking platform or by phone.

The Ventanas neighborhood is near great restaurants like The Grove and Aguachiles and close to entertainment, bars, and shopping.

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire property. This includes the full interior of the home, the private backyard, the saltwater pool, the hot tub, and the outdoor entertaining area. Make yourself at home and enjoy the entire space to yourselves!

**CONVENIENCES:**

* **Pool & Hot Tub Heating:** The saltwater pool and hot tub are available for use. The water is not pre-heated. The hot tub takes 1-3 hours to heat, and the pool heats at 5-6 degrees per hour. If you wish for them to be heated for your arrival, please contact us in advance. A $50 pre-heating fee applies.

* **Rental Agreement:** You will be required to sign our standard short-term rental agreement prior to your stay, as required by our insurance.

* **Guest Verification:** For bookings on platforms other than Airbnb, you will be asked to complete a simple guest verification through our partner, Superhog, for regulatory and security purposes.

* **Security Deposit Waiver:** Your booking includes a Security Deposit Waiver covering up to $500 in reported accidental damages. This is not an insurance policy and does not cover theft, pet damage, or damage from rule violations. Full terms will be provided.

We recently stayed at this pet-friendly house in El Paso for two nights, and overall, it had some lovely aspects. The decor throughout the house was warm and inviting, with each bedroom featuring a cozy throw blanket, designated towels, and a nice floor arrangement that added a special touch. The laundry room was a fantastic convenience after our long road trip.However, the main reason we chose this property was the pool, and we were disappointed. Upon arrival, we noticed the pool had algae along the walls and steps, making it unappealing to use. I reached out to the property manager the next morning, and while she offered a goodwill gesture of 75, I felt the compensation was insufficient. I requested 150, reflecting the cost difference of similar properties without a pool, but my request was declined.In summary, while the house itself was charming, the pool issue left a sour note for our stay.

Easter getaway

We had a fun and comfortable stay. The home felt bigger than the pictures suggested and kitchen was well stocked. Upon arriving the home was modestly cleaned. Beds were decent but firm and we slept comfortably. The pool was nice despite windy weather. Communication was very responsive with Turnkey and they were able to send a pool cleaner when we needed it. Overall great stay and would book again!

El Paso Family Visit

Had a great experience, the home is clean and the host is very responsive. We had a minor hiccup with the air conditioning, the host was prompt in their response and the issue was fixed quickly without incident. I will keep this as one of my favorite properties in El Paso.
