Very nice property at a reasonable price. The pool and BBQ wasn’t clean but Mina took care of it immediately. Great communication and fast response to all questions. Highly recommended!

Plenty of sitting space in living room. Comfortable ! Plenty of private space if people wanted quiet reflection space. Loved having 4 pillows in bed. 3 of 5 beds comfortable: upstairs bedroom to right very firm, king bed in bedroom with 2 beds sinks badly. Home needs a good cleaning: dust in pans, rugs dirty, vents need cleaning. Patio door very difficult to close feeling like it was going to come off track and super hard to lock. Large master shower with 2 heads did not heat up. Fan in formal dining couldn’t be adjusted. TV remote volume control didn’t work. Kitchen utensils and bath towels were an eclectic mix of odds and ends. Add a pitcher for iced tea, please. Suggest having more towels available for guests. Would be good to have a pool cover to keep debris out and keep some warmth in. Value of home was very good and met our needs and provided us with a good home base. Communication was good.

Our host was attentive and always responded quickly. But this house is older and hasn’t been maintained very well. It was not very clean when we arrived and had a dirty dustpan left out on the kitchen floor with a half drunk Coke sitting on the counter. A few of the kitchen counters were dirty as well. The first time we used the ice dispenser in the refrigerator an old bottle cap came out with the ice. All the area rugs were dirty; the bathroom rugs were especially filthy. The bath towels/washcloths left out for us to use were very old and ragged. On the plus side there were new toothbrushes and shampoo available if needed. Three of the five beds were comfortable, but one of the queen beds upstairs is so hard it felt like sleeping on a box spring! It was almost unusable! The outside patio area was also very dirty and had not been weeded or maintained in a long time. Served the purpose for our large group but was a little disappointing.

Convenient Location

Our group of 7 stayed at this home while in the area for a baseball tournament at Surprise Stadium. Although not walking distance to the stadium, the drive was short and convenient. This is an older home with some nice upgrades in the upstairs bed and baths. The kitchen is well stocked and probably has the most comfortable seating for a group that we have found to date. We did not find the back yard very inviting, and the fact that the sliding door was very hard to use and to get to lock, made it so we did not use the back yard except to use the barbecue. Overall this home is a great value, and very convenient for Surprise Stadium events.

Fun in El Mirage

Mina is a wonderful host and she was very responsive with her communication. The house is beautiful and we had more than enough room for the three couples in my group. The outdoor space is wonderful and we also enjoyed a game of pool. The neighborhood is great and we were close enough to several tourist destinations. I would definitely recommend it.

Amazing House/Location

OMG!!!! Are stay here was amazing. We had a group of 11 adults and the property was big enough for us all. The location is close to alot of stores,etc. Its January so we didnt utilize the pool. But its a beauty. Thanks to our host for coming theough when we needed him. I would definitely recommend this home. Thanks again!!
