You live in a very quietly located, bright and 2020 modernised 3-room flat with balcony, bathroom (WC) and kitchen on 60 mÂČ. The location is surrounded by extensive forests and is known for its clear, clean air. Ideal for 2 to 4 people. Non-smoking apartment (smoking permitted on the balcony), "snow-safe", directly on the Kammweg/Kammloipe. The apartment is located above Carlsfeld in a very quiet location (dead end), in a large forest clearing, distance to the Vogtland 12 km, Johanngeorgenstadt and Eibenstock also 12 km each. Only 3 km from the Czech/Bohemian border and the upland moors there.
Sitting area for 12 people with barbecue fireplace, charcoal grill, two children's bicycles for children up to 12 years (on their own responsibility), children's toys and board games. Dogs are not allowed.
