My family checked in on a Thursday night.  I didnât receive the code to get into the gate. We  had to wait until someone let us in. When we got inside the place was dirty and hot. There was no guide book and we needed a PIN number to adjust the thermostat. I sent messages and called, I didnât get a response. My family slept on our towels because the blankets were filthy. Friday I was able to get the gate code from the office, because it was so hot and dirty we stayed at a hotel. There was no communication until I sent a message that we checked out. The host apologized and said he didnât have access to his phone for 11 days and apologized, he said he should of blocked the date and would give us a free weekend to make up for it and I asked for a partial refund. I thought it was outrageous to pay for a cleaning fee. Once again, I didnât hear from him. I sent him a reminder and just got the runaround. Donât bother, stay somewhere else.
