MAIN FLOOR

KITCHEN AREA:
Large, open kitchen featuring a spacious island with bar seating as its focal point to keep the connection and conversations flowing. Amenities include: 2 door fridge, stovetop, oven, microwave, air fryer, double sink, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, automatic can opener, and soda stream! Adjacent to the island is a custom made ergonomically smart kitchen table, that can seat eight, adjacent walkout doors to the balcony equipped with BBQ.

LIVING ROOM AREA:
A crowd favorite, and for good reason. Open concept with large windows providing endless natural light and water views, designed to keep conversations going with a large modular sectional facing two oversized sumptuous love seats, hardwood floors, plush area rug, coffee table, fireplace, and large HD TV.

BALCONY:
Includes a state of the art BBQ and a fire table that keeps this outside space enjoyable during the colder parts of the evening. Water, and park view. Seats up to 8 people comfortably

GUEST ROOM (MAIN FLOOR):
Queen sized bed, in-room storage, adjacent bathroom.

GARAGE:
Easily parks 4, with 2 interior parking stalls that accommodates the largest of oversized trucks and SUVs, plus an exterior driveway that accommodates parking for 2 (or more) vehicles.

2ND FLOOR

LIVING ROOM AREA:
Relaxing wide open concept, carpeted seating area with big screen HD TV.

MASTER BEDROOM:
King sized bed featuring a sumptuous pillow top mattress The en-suite features a large Jacuzzi style bath, two separate personal sink and mirror sets, a spacious shower, and an enclosed privacy toilet. Marble finish captures the brilliance of this extravagant washroom.

LAUNDRY ROOM:
Washer, dryer, prep sink, and supplies for washing.

BATHROOM:
Additional 2nd floor bathroom offers a bathtub, and ample counter space.

ADDITIONAL BEDROOMS:
The main guest room offers a queen sized bed and features its own private bathroom. The third bedroom on this floor is furnished with a bunk beds for children to enjoy.

BASEMENT LEVEL

Take a small flight of stairs to enter another great section of this luxury house. The open concept ground level floor opens onto the yard and water and can be appropriately considered the entertainment hub of the property featuring some amazing amenities and appointments, a “home within a home” that can be rented independently upon request.

LIVING ROOM:
Two Victorian style sofas with ample seating face a fireplace and big screen TV that provides enhanced
entertainment immersion through a built in surround sound theatre system. A small workout area completes this space with an elliptical trainer. All of this overlooks the water with a wall of windows inviting both views and natural light.

MINI KITCHEN/ BAR AREA:
Includes an ice maker, popcorn maker, microwave, dishwasher, mini fridge, and three counter height stools seated along the bar. Additional storage is available for groceries and beverages in the fully equipped kitchen cabinets.

BATHROOM:
Rivals the impressive features of the master bedroom spa with a wide open concept that offers ample counter space and a luxurious shower experience provided by both a moveable shower head plus an overhead “rain”shower. A welcoming seating area invites an opportunity for mindfulness and relaxation. This bathroom opens up into our main bedroom granting privacy, ease and convenience.

BEDROOM:
Adjacent the bathroom features a King sized bed, two nightstands including reading lamps.

BACKYARD
It’s said that being in touch with the great outdoors can be key to stress relief, or tranquility, so we designed our backyard to personify that. As you open the double doors of the ground level, you will be treated to a contemporary wicker patio furniture set. Plenty of yard space can be utilized for outdoor games. An enclosed trampoline with safety netting is available for children to play. The highlight of course is our elegant hot tub (water tested and cleaned regularly), which is slightly elevated to capture the views of the water while restoring your body in the healing nature of this warm massaging oasis

Unfortunately we did not enjoy our stay. We actually ended up leaving a day early as a change in our circumstances made it possible. Although it was tidy and superficially clean it was in need of a thorough / deep clean. For example lots of items coming out of the kitchen cupboards were not properly clean and had to be washed before it could be used. Initially the host was response but disappointingly stopped communicating when it became apparent it was not something that could be fixed with a quick clean. We also raised it with VRBO who assured us they were going to follow up with the host. Disappointingly we are also still waiting on a response from them. It is a really big and spacious house which could work well for larger groups.I would not say luxurious. Overall feel is more family than luxury for example bedding etc. is not hotel standard more what one expect to find in the average family home.

The house was beautiful, the host was very friendly and easy going. My only complaint is that the cleanliness could have been better. There was lots of dust and hair and food in and around the furniture as well as food left behind in both the fridge and freezer. We had a large group so it was difficult to find appropriate space for our groceries in the fridge and freezer. I would still stay here again and Sasha was very lovely to deal with.

We had a fantastic weekend in Edmonton! Our group of 10, including family and friends from Calgary, absolutely loved this beautiful and spacious home. It was the perfect size for our group, with full access to the walk-out basement and a lovely backyard. The outdoor hot tub and trampoline were big hits, and we especially enjoyed relaxing on the large, comfortable sofa in the living area. The host was responsive and kind, providing plenty of bottled water and complimentary drinks, which was a thoughtful touch. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely love to return the next time we are in Edmonton. Highly recommended!

Wonderful weekend stay

My friends and I were blown away by this property - it was spacious, homey, decorated beautifully, and fit all of our needs. The host was amazing, left complimentary beverages, and was very understanding and attentive. Would recommend for anyone wanting a fancy, yet cozy, home-away-from-home.

Christmas gathering

We pulled our family together at Sasha’s as part of our Christmas gathering. The house perfectly fit our needs. Sasha provided special little touches like snacks and even a bottle of wine for us to share. Very considerate! We forgot a box of food in the entry and we were able to use the code a couple of days later to grab the food which was also very appreciated. Would highly recommend groups to stay at this lovely home.

Amazing Stay!

I was in the St Albert area for a ball tournament in Morinville, and the house was amazing for what we needed it for! The host was great to communicate with and the house was the perfect size for our need! The neighbours were great to deal with as of course we used the hot tub in the evening. Amazing stay 10/10 would recommend to anyone staying in St Albert or in the area!!
