This is a 3 story home.

Other things to note :

- The home is directly on 98 Ave. Which results in hearing some road noise throughout the day if the tv is not on. We've provided a noise machine in the master bedroom to help muffle the noise.
- Street parking only at the moment.
- No access to the underground parking garage. This will be available in the future.

Super clean and well maintained. It is super loud from the street noise even with a sound machine at night. I can sleep well so it didn’t bother me. Listing stated showers in all bathrooms but the first and third floor are toilet and sink only but with only two of us, it wasn’t a super big issue. Might be with a large group that needs to be ready all at the same time.

Well laid out 3 story townhouse. Beautiful woodwork in the stairwell. Fixtures, furniture and appliances were all in excellent condition. Online pictures do not do it justice.Only con was location on a busy road, which led to some road noise. We slept in the back bedroom and it wasn’t a problem. Would definitely stay there again.

Great space for us!

We loved the space and especially the kitchen being the hub for us to enjoy cooking. Great location, slept like a baby in the great beds, the shower was awesome also.We got to chat with the neighbours while they were planting the flowers for everyone.We would come back!
