This lovely third-floor Driftwood Villa overlooking the Plantation Course’s 17th Green is perfect for any getaway to Edisto Beach. Enjoy the beautiful scenery and amazing landscapes in the area - the adventures will love all the aquatic activities the gorgeous beaches have to offer. Shopping and restaurants are sprinkled throughout the area, providing additional enjoyment.

This comfortable home also has big views and a majestic breeze that can be enjoyed from the balcony. Vaulted ceilings give the living area a larger feel than some of the other one-bedroom villas available in this complex. Take the spiral staircase up to the loft for a good night's rest (for extra sleeping room for your group, enjoy the sleeper sofa). Free WiFi, a private washer/dryer, and central air-conditioning round out your home's essential amenities.

This vacation rental is located in Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resort. No boats, trailers, motorcycles, mopeds, campers, RVs, or golf carts are allowed inside the resort.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Lovely area, convenient parking, generally very quiet area, responsive management, comfortable amenities/ beds. Could spruce up some minor cosmetic issues but nothing bad. Ac issue immediately resolved before we even got there. We appreciate dog friendly lodging for our beloved dog. Plenty of areas to walk.

the perfect vacay

we absolutely loved our stay! this was our first trip to edisto & we will definitely be back. this condo was the perfect size for the group of us who went. the only down side was that the dryer was out of commission during our stay & that we couldn’t access the pool without paying for a day pass. other than that, we had an amazing stay & will be back!

Great location, needs some maintenance.

Quiet, convenient location. Did not like idea of having to buy passes to use pool & other amenities. Hot tub listed, which was false advertising! Kitchen small but sufficient for 2 or 3, would be very cramped with more staying!

Loved our stay. The only thing i would say is the pool and activities arent included as it shows in listing. It didnt mention that i had to add that . Other than that loved it. That didnt change my views on it. The 3rd floor is a little much but i knew that when i booked .

Property was clean and stocked with the essentials. Is advertised that it sleeps 7 we had 6 and was a little tight even though 2 were children. The lighting in the kitchen and living room needs to be updated with some led bulbs or bright white bulbs. It was dark in the kitchen when trying to cook even with the over sink light on. Had plenty of towels. The 3 flight walk up is tough on old knees but we made it.

Beautiful area

This ocean ridge property was beautifully scenic. It is located just off the golf course and in a wooded area. The condo was very comfortable with all the comforts of home. It is pet friendly. The only down side for some would be that there are a considerable amount of stairs.The second bedroom is in a loft area with a circular staircase. Also there are several sets of steps in order to arrive at the front door. Overall a very good experience.

Cute Condo

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute little condo. It was very comfortable for three people. The beach decor was bright and welcoming. It was well stocked with everything we needed. I really appreciated how clean it was upon our arrival. We would definitely rent this condo again. I would probably recommend it to a couple or family with one or two children.

Tired property, unkempt and dirty

The condo was not clean upon our arrival. We booked a 3 week stay and don’t mind old and dated but it was NOT CLEAN. We called the property manager and asked to be moved to another unit. They said they would send cleaning people to fix the problem. They vacuumed but it was way bigger a problem than that. The throw rugs at the doorways were all old and the ones on the outside porch were filthy and soaking wet because the gutters above the porch were so filled with vegetation. We asked the cleaning people to please replace the rugs and they admired us they would and never returned with new ones. We used hand towels at the doorways for the remainder of our 3 week stay. We emailed the rental company, Vacasa, and filed a formal complaint with VRBO and never got satisfaction. The screen door to the patio was full of holes and so bent it could not be returned to the track to function properly. The floors that weren’t carpeted were dirty. The carpeting was so old and matted we did not feel comfortable walking barefooted. The tub was so old and dirty and wouldn’t drain. Baseboard could not have been painted in some 30 years. Rusty screws sticking out of walls. So very unbelievably unacceptable. We requested a discount from Vacasa/Vrbo. No response. We are Vrbo owners ourselves and go above and beyond to ensure our guests are comfortable. Cannot believe how poorly this has been managed. Pots in cupboards were filthy and hadn’t been cleaned/organized in years. We are so disappointed.

For a quick beach getaway this house fit two adults and a 40 lb dogs needs. The biggest issue was that the tub was backed up and any shower longer than 2 minutes ended up with water up to your ankles.

Third floor retreat

Love Edisto and Ocean Ridge. There was 2 of us staying; anymore than that and the space would be cramped. Great view off the balcony. It is quite the climb up to the 3rd floor. Rained during out stay and the steps were slippery.

Great place, clean

My first impression was not so good--greeted by a scuffed up door, broken lampshade, broken mini blinds, stained shower curtain, and broken chairs, but as I stayed longer, I came to see that it was a really cute place, very clean. I hope that in the off season, the owner spends $100 or so to get the little things fixed. It's a shame that they gave me such a poor first impression, because, as I stayed longer, I grew to appreciate the charm of the home, It had all that we needed, it was quiet, and tastefully decorated! I'd definitely stay again. Do be warned that it is a bit of a climb to get there, especially if, like us, you have a dog that needs to go out regularly, but the view of the golf course is great and there will be no neighbors above you!
