The property is under a new management and cannot honor the offer I get ftom Oyo Hotel. Even they cannot honor the amount of nights I want to stay. They booked ne fir 2 nights snd then I had to ask everyday if can stay. I went on vacation there and this stressed me. Thanks God I found another place.
Checked in at 3. There were plaster on the walls to cover holes. Mold on bathroom, and the outlets didnât have covers. The online price wasnât honored. Cause the name of hotel changed. Changed for a wedding and left at 4. Found screws in the parking lot under my tire. Came back around 11 pm to my room door being open, dresser drawers were open and towels on the floor. My medicine was taken. Told the two boys at the front desk that I donât feel safe staying there and want a refund who called their supervisor and manager. The manager gave permission for full refund. The supervisor showed up, and first words were she is mad because she was called at home talking about a refund and we arenât getting one. She walked away and went into office the boy called me in office told me I was getting full refund. She supervisor the got mad and threatened the boy and called the manager back. The supervisor was racist and rude. When I asked to see the cameras was told wasnât allowed. The supervisor said I had to trust her word that no one was in my room but she couldnât answer why the dresser drawers were open and why the towels were on the floor. The supervisor lied to her manager.
The property looked ok from the outside. The desk agent was gruff and seemed to have trouble understanding things. There was a Orkin sign for a rodent bait station outside with no bait station. The room looked nice at first glance. The mattress was dirty. There was a burn mark on the comforter. There were hairs and other dirt on the sheet. The pillows were not full sized hotel pillows. They were about half the size of a normal pillow and the king bed only had two. There were roaches. I think there was mouse poop. The bathtub looked like the paint was wearing away. We went and bought bleach to clean everything. The latch was broken on the door. The inside of the refrigerator was dirty. The door was thin and shook from air movement and you could hear all the noises from outside. They did not refill the toilet paper before we arrived. The soap they gave us was old and crumbled as we unwrapped the wrapper. We had to go buy soap. The towels were small and rough cheap towels and they did not have as many as you'd expect in a hotel room but they were enough to meet our minimum needs. The room was laid out well and had decent furniture. The decoration style was outdated but ok. It could have been a pretty room and a nice place if even a small amount of effort was put into maintenance and cleanliness.
Rooms were dirty, not even a fitted sheet on the bed & the mattress was stained. Staff was extremely rude, they even threatened to call the police when i rebooked through expedia. They tried to charge me extra even asking for deposits for only a 3 day stay, then refused to give my money back because they said I broke the TV, which I had complained was not working several times to them. The most unprofessional people I have met, they shouldnât have a business.
Charged extra for a deposit, and got upset for rebooking through expedia, even threatening to call the police. Very rude staff, room was dirty didnât even have a fitted sheet on the bed.
If you are looking for a bargain, this is the place. However, remember that you get what you pay for. In this case, that included dirty and/or missing bedsheets, poor customer service, a broken toilet, and a door that didnât always shut right.
